Well the shakes were good but my granddaughter's lemonade slush was so sour none of us could drink it. We requested a milkshake instead. The order taker said "That is out of my control, it's the syrup" when the milkshake we ordered to replace her slush was delivered we got "Sorry about your slush." I've never been to a place that didn't offer to make it right when a customer was dissatisfied. My grandson in the backseat described it best when he said "she was so disrespectful." This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I placed a mobile order nearly 30 minutes early. And after checking in, I waited 10 minutes in the stall. I checked in and nothing. No one even greeted me and made any excuse. I went inside and there I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone talked to me there either. After 20 minutes since I arrived, I finally got my order. The hopper tried to tell me that the ice cream machine was down. I don't believe her because the waiting has happened every single time I have visited this location. At least on 3 different occasions, I have had to go inside after waiting 10+ minutes. Visiting this location is always the biggest waste of time. The bare minimum they could've done is say that they would be with us in a minute but we couldn't get any reply. read more

Y'all. We've been here three different times and every time there's been several mistakes with our mobile order. This time when my husband tried to correct the drink mistake the waitress argued with him that it was what he ordered, then brought him two cups and asked him to identify which was the correct drink and which was not. It also usually takes a good 20-30 minutes to even get our order. The food IS good, when it's right. Honestly, unless you have a lot of patience don't bother. And even then be prepared to debate. Are they just not paying their workers enough to care? Pay these people! read more

Listen! I want to be upfront and honest about reviews. I've eaten here once it was ok my dad and I. I just recently went again hoping that the food would be better, my friend ordered 2 corn dogs they were both greasy and at best just heat lamp warm they were already made and sitting getting cold I got a hamburger and fries warm not hot. Everyone works hard for there money so take it somewhere else listen these kids don't care how the food comes out to you And they dont know what to say if you ask them why the food is cold just give you a blank stare have you ever experienced that? I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food , and when we got it it was missing half the order straws and condiments. It took nearly an hour get everything and they did not seem to care. Seemed like a lot of people were upset with them. Some guy said he'd be right back with straws but never came back and when I went in acted like he had never saw me. Ordered the cheese burger, fries, corn dogs and milk shake. The milk shake had a weak lid and popped off, spilling over my lap and floor of the car. There were only two napkins in the bag and we had to ask for more....the server was confused and kept telling us that the napkins were in the bag. I asked for a wet rag to clean up the mess. She looked lost and said they didn't have any. I managed to find a towel and a bottle of water and managed. Besides that, the fries were tough and leathery; unfit to eat. We tossed the bag and went on home. This was the second time in a month that the food was unfit to eat. I do not recommend this sonic. read more
