First he said that when my wife ordered she didn't specify on the side. ( she went down in person so they didn't mess it up which they managed to do anyway) Second he said that she was told to bring back the old sandwiches to get the new ones. He absolutely did not mention that. I can't stand a liar!! The right thing for him to do was to give my son the correctly made order and accept/ admit that it was their mistake.
