While ordering they asked us to repeat ourselves 10 seperate times, then someone in the back said "damn all those fucking flavors in ONE cup". They then proceed to sit there and act like we were in the wrong by calling us out for laughing at having to repeat ourselves when we were at the window. I've been to this sonic to actually eat a meal like 2 other times I think, and it was always ok. Today was different. Today, everything was amazing! I got the butter burger meal with onion rings, and ate it in a parking spot there. The burger was good, but the best part was the onion rings were fresh and hot, so yummy! I loved sonic as a kid so I decided to give this one a try a few weeks ago. First time I went I would have given it a much better rating but it's gone down hill each time I've been. They always put way too much ice in their drinks. Last time I was here I ordered a strawberry lemonade and it was really good! But considering I paid like $3.50 for it I got very little drink. It was really sad. It was almost all ice. I'm talking 4/5 ice. Today I tried again and asked for light ice, which they did but someone majorly messed up and put sprite in there not lemonade. It is just straight sprite with strawberries thrown in it. It tastes gross. Cherry on top so to speak was that there was a hair on my burger. No thanks. I won't be back. read more

I'd review the food, but I never got it. This is not a 24 hour Sonic. Out of the maybe 10 times I've tried to stop here to order food over the last 5 years, 2 of them I've actually gotten an order placed. Every time I make the mistake of stopping in the drive-thru, their system is either down, they tell me they aren't accepting any more orders at this time, or I wait several minutes and no one ever answers at the speaker. Notably, of the 2 times I got food, it took 22 minutes to get a milkshake, and another time their chicken bite things were inedible even by fast food standards. Sonic is a step above your typical fast food joint for a decent price. As long as you aren't expecting a gourmet meal it should fit the bill. I commonly experience longer wait times than you'd expect from a fast food place but the food has always been good after the wait. read more

Typically, I enjoy Sonic. I always have to wait on my order for a long time, but enjoy it. However, today with no signs up I pulled into the stall order. I was told that the stalls to order from are not open, please get in line. After seeing the line of 10 cars backed up, well, we decided not to go to a Sonic. If you have 30-35 minutes to wait in line behind 10 cars, then try this Sonic. The food is still good, but you have to wait for it. read more

to start off they filled up my Sunday cup way too much that when I took off the lid to put my spoon in the cup, everything just spilled out and I had chocolate sauce everywhere. We were traveling to Florida and always stop by a Sonic because we don't have one close by to where we are. We were pleasantly surprised to see that this one had an inside dining place; perfect! It gave our 5 month old a chance to get out of her car seat. The food was delicious as always and the service was quick. The only complaint was the restrooms; they were small, and I didn't notice a changing station, but the women's room wasn't the cleanest so we opted to change our daughter's diaper on the front seat of the car. This has got the be the worst sonic I have ever been too. On the last several attempts to eat here most of the order has been messed up and not made correctly or items missing. Today I tried to put in an order i on the app for a later pick up time, generally it will allow you to select check in when you arrive, today, no such option. Called the location and spoke with a very rude "manager" who at first stated that there was nothing they could do and that the order would be ready in about 5 minutes, when it was stated we wanted the order to be made when we arrive, it was stated, again, there is nothing they can do. Then it was suggested that we cancel the order on the app, but NO option for that was found. Hung up with the "manager" and then called back and spoke with someone about the app not having a cancel option, was told that the app doesn't have a cancel button. Then I was told to call the number listed in the app for a refund, which I will be doing. After receiving such POOR service from this location, I will NOT be returning and I will also be calling to speak with the owner or corp to let them know of the dissatisfaction. If the reception of that doesn't go well, you can be assured that I will return and update this review. read more

Was in Georgetown visiting my grandson and decided a cold something was perfect for the drive back to Louisville. The drive through was slow very slow. They were busy lots with the same idea. The banana shake my wife got was mostly vanilla and at the bottom some not ripe banana. I stay safe a got a grape slush it was the same one I got at my first ever visit to a Sonic. At the very least the prices r insane! I mentioned it to the guy at the drive thru and he said he couldn't agree with me more! Then he said he continually told the manager about it! At the very worst, the wait time is absolutely grueling! And the order is always done wrong! I used to go get a drink while I was out running errands but I'm done with them! They're rude and their prices r too high! There's too many other fast food stops in the area that r cheaper. Give it up and run away as fast as u can!!! read more

The absolute best sonic that I've ever been to the manager Rick introduced himself brought my meal out within 5 minutes and then another attendant came out 5 minutes after that to check on me to make sure that I got my meal okay and to see if I needed any trash removed. My attendant Chase checked on me every 5 min after that.This must be under new management or something because they have revamped the service in this place is excellent. I've never been to a sonic so this is my first experience. My wife and I went through the drive through and got some hot dogs, jalapeño poppers, and a couple cokes. The hotdogs are over priced for what I received. We paid around $12.00 for hotdogs that were way to dressed. I got a chili cheese dog and the topping on the hotdog was way to much for me. I enjoyed the coke.. but hey, how do you mess that up? probably won't be back. Good part was, very nice employees! read more

This is just a simple chain.. when you've been to one you've been to them all. I don't ever go there for the food. I've had it before, dried out burgers, no good buns and 'texas toast'. The tots aren't bad. The only reason I go there is to get a cherry limeade. Everyone has a weakness, that's mine. If your looking for a great cheeseburger that dosnt seem like it's processed fillers then sonic would be a go to...real home quality kinda sandwiches...alos tried the pretzel dog when they had those and they are the shiz to the it...gotta give a 3 tho and as much as I would like to do better the very slow service whether it's drive threw or dine in is almost obsurd sometimes...havnt had any bad orders as a remake or poor quality nut the service time is crazy sometimes...another reason I give a 3 is depending on the time you go the service can be ok or it could be as if the guy taking the order is bland with the I'm only here to make a check attitude....overall tho it's a decent experience if you like to drive inn and chill with conversation with friends while you wait on your order. read more

Even the fact they sell corn dogs and route 44 huge ass blue coconut slushies don't make their lack of speed here ok. This has to be the slowest place to get an order filled. This is the nicest Sonic I have been to. It has an indoor seating area and an outdoor open air but covered seating area, plus the drive through and of course their traditional rollerskate drive up area.
