I bought a cake last year by the Dairy Queen around ihop and it was perfect and I had the best experience with the staff. Just wanted to get a cake not so fat from the house. Next year I will be driving the extra twenty minutes to that Dairy Queen because I'm not spending 30$ for rude service and a cake not to be made right. We asked to speak with a manager about the experience, he could not have cared less - zero apologies, no accountability, didn't offer solutions or anything. The burger buns tasted stale, the chicken tenders were overcooked to the point of being inedible (we sent them back with no offer of replacement). Just an overall sad, disappointing experience. I actually felt bad for our sever, who said it was his second shift ever - they set him up for failure. We didn't get one refill, waited over 45 min for appetizer and over an hour and 15 min for our mains - will not be back...the management is pathetic and the owners should be ashamed of themselves.
