If I could give a negative I would rate it negative 5. Went there to get breakfast burritos about 3 weeks ago. It was 30 minutes past the time for their opening, they weren't open yet, they said they would be opening in about 15 minutes, so I waited, it took them 20 minutes. I ordered, took them another 20 minutes to make my order, they weren't open yet out of iced tea, so I ordered a cherry limeade and a strawberry limeade. Drove home, realized they gave me 2 strawberry limeades, checked the burritos, they gave me 2 regular breakfast burritos instead of the super sonic ones. Checked the ticket, I was charged for super sonic ones. Today my son went there, he purchased 4 footlongs, when we opened them, not only were they burnt beyond eating, they looked like the hotdogs had been cooked days ago, instead of being soft they snapped when you bent them, the chili was also burnt. I usually wouldn't leave a review for fast food, often times it is what it is. But this location is on another level of god awful. Filthy, the whole place from road to roof is worn down, filthy and decrepit. Rude. The staff is just rude, clearly would rather be anywhere else. This location never had ice cream and recently out of corn dogs, that's like half the menu btw. Food. So what you can order, is soggy awful tasting hamburgers basically. I am so sad that this Sonic has come to what it is now. This place used to be my favorite to eat at if the food was fresh, but now the service is unbearable! I have tried to order food multiple times over the course of the last few months, hoping each time that the service would be better. However, every time the service is rude and mean. This last time, a friend and I wanted a treat around 9pm, so we pulled into a stall. We pressed the button, and after waiting almost 5 minutes, a woman literally yelled through the screen in a condesending tone that they were drive thru only, slushys were watery, and they had no ice cream. AT 9PM! You cannot advertise being open late at night and be out lf half of your menu 3 hours before you close. The overall atmosphere is horrible too. Place looks so run down and they only have a couple stalls up and working, even though they always tell me they're drive thru only no matter the time of day. I'm not sure if this is a payment issue for the employees and they are not being paid enough or if they're just lazy, but something has gotta change or this location needs to be shut down. I've lived two minutes away from this Sonic for a little over two years now. Needless to say, I've eaten here A LOT. I've gone here so often for lunch, a quick snack, a quick route 44 drink, etc. Though I've probably been here dozens of times, I still recognize that there's much that needs to be improved here. This Sonic used to be reasonably quick to get you your food and it was right most of the time, but now it takes forever to get your food and it's rarely right. I'm moving now and in the past week prior to moving I've been to this Sonic three times. I'll summarize the current state of this Sonic by telling you of these three experiences. The first two orders I waited over 30 mins for my food, and the last one I got the complete wrong drink. Sad to say that this place has gone downhill to the point that it just needs to close. There are only a few drive-in stalls left, and those direct you to use the drive thru. They are out of the most basic things, take forever to get your order ready, then generally get something wrong. The place is decrepit with wires hanging down in places. I've tried to order milkshakes from this sonic 4 separate times in the last year, 1 in the drive thru, 1 on the app, and 2 on DoorDash and every. Single. Time. I have been told milkshakes are out. It's extremely inconvenient when I order on DoorDash something that they have available and then I get a message from the dasher saying you're out of milkshakes. It has been a week and I am still waiting for the manager to call sooooo....My daughter frequents the store in the evening and places an order via mobile app several times a week since she has a 30 minute meal break at a nearby business. She placed the order and 20 minutes later the 3 drinks were not brought out, but 2 cars had gone through the drive thru so she called me and I rushed to the store since she had to go back to work. She went to the drive thru while I pulled into the stall in her place. We saw the employee that was wearing a blue shirt and pregnant have the 3 drinks in her hand 2 different times and started toward the door, but never left the store with the drinks. As my daughter pulled into the drive thru the blue shirted pregnant employee came out so I pointed at the drive thru and told her that I switched because the order taking so long. My daughter asked the employee why the order took 20 minuets and the answer was that she was training 2 people. My daughter then said that she had seen 2 people go through the drive thru while waiting and turned to go back to her car. The blue shirted lady used a mean tone as she turned back to the store saying Have a nice day (the tone and words DIDNOT match) As my daughter was getting in her car a short heavy set black woman came out of the door and said, "I've got her tag number." My daughter asked me what she said so I repeated it and we both laughed. Her tag number REALLY? My daughter did NOTHING wrong and the order was on the APP....they have more than her tag number on the order. The employees were still in the store and responded with forced mimicking laughter. Hopefully they do not reflect the behavior expected from employees. Absolutely deplorable. The drinks were flat/watered down so we wound up throwing them away. We stopped here on our way home from the hospital. A car was blocking the drive thru exit. When we got our food we kindly asked the employee if the car in front of us could move. A black woman in a blue Sonic t-shirt jumped out of the car in house shoes and yelled for us to back up and go around. She then went inside the restaurant leaving her car. We asked for the managers name and she yelled Alexis. The car was a gray Kia sedan. She needs to be fired! Employees were hanging out at the car. The white girl wearing the headset walked out while we were waiting for our food to talk to the other employee who we think owns the car as she was sitting in the drivers seat. I'm sorry for visiting this location and inconveniencing the lady working around 11 PM on 6/8. Her time is way too valuable for me and my family. She was nice enough to make us wait several minutes at a stall before telling us that it was drive thru only. I also apologize because we didn't know that she doesn't serve ice cream at night like she rudely told us. She did get the last laugh as we nailed that massive pothole in their parking lot while leaving without any food at all. Alignments are around $175 which I will need now. True, the service here is excruciatingly slow. Despite this, for the past two years I've gone to this location several times a week because it's near my job. Sometimes if I go in early and stay late, I'll be there multiple times. It's not a good habit to eat out so much so perhaps I should thank them from discouraging me from spending so much money--at least not at this establishment. The ppl know me because I'm there so often. I often get a water with my meal. I noted that once a few months ago, I asked for a water and got charged 30¢. I called the number on the ticket and complained and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. And it hadn't until today. I told the manager on duty (who was a younger guy with a mustache who I'd never seen before I think his name was Devin) that if I've ordered a meal for $7 why would I be made to pay an extra 30¢ for a cup of tap water? Not only was he insistent that it required a charge but he snipped "do you want the water or not?" Not only do I not want your water Devin, but I also don't want the attitude or any further food from this location. Hope the 30¢ was worth the loss of someone who regularly drops 100's of times that at your site per week. It's cool though, my wallet thanks you. And if I really need a fast food fix, there are literally about 30 other fast food places along Atlanta Highway. Not a smart move when there's so much competition around. Chick Fil A never cops an attitude with patrons and they're equidistant from my job. They'll get my business now. read more

With this review I had to remain civil. I was staying at the hotel behind Sonics so I just walked out to order from outside menu. This was a girl outside sitting at the table I guess taking breaks. I am not to familiar with Sonic so she told me to order from the outside menu. Looking at the menu I didn't see the food I wanted. I asked if they had the garlic butter burger, she said no. I asked what about the burger advertised in the commercial with bacon and that sweet sauce, she said yes so I ordered that and a jr burger and onion rings. I waited on the table outside. Ten minutes later a girl brought my order to me. I asked how much because I barely heard the total. I think she said 10.01 because she mumbled that. I gave her a ten dollar Sonic card with 2 dollars to add. I waited for her to let me know if everything was ok. She came back out 5 minutes later and went to another car to bring their food. I still waited if my order went through and the change. She came back out and walked right by me to another vehicle. I called out to her asked if I was done and if my card was ok. I wasn't sure if the gift card was good, I had it over a year. She never acknowledged that nor asked me if I wanted change. I don't mind tipping good service. I always do. There's a difference between tipping good service and someone taking you money and forgetting about you. This experience was terrible. They acted like they wasn't interested in you as a customer. I am in customer service and I know about making sure customers are taking care of. The level of concern and service was not in display last night. It was after 9pm on Wednesday April 7th. I will never return to this Sonics. The food was good but customer service took the taste out of my mouth. I rather go somewhere else other than this location because the level of service isn't worth it. Management needs to look into how business and services is conducted. read more

I literally just downloaded this app to leave this review. I work night shift in the ER and I stopped by here on my way home from work for some breakfast. I did a mobile order and soon after arriving, the manager came out (I hate that I missed her name but it was on August 21st, before 8AM) and informed me that they were having some electrical issues inside and that the wait might be a bit longer (which was totally fine to me since I was starving.) Any way, the electrical issues and other unforeseen circumstances continued to cause delay, but the manager came out and went way above and beyond to serve customers! She was personable, generous, and honestly just a breath of fresh air after leaving work! She truly valued customer service and I could not have been more impressed! read more
