How the hell do you forget every topping including cheese on a burger? Now, how do you do that 3 times for each burger we ordered? Now, how do you cook a mozzarella stick so little that it's still frozen on the inside? Do NOT let the new paint job and the fake gucci belt on their manager fool you, this place is one of the worst fast food places in Athens, Ohio. But who the hell cares right? Absolutely atrocious. They decide to open an outdoor only establishment in December. The only way to order is drive through or a kiosk outside. The card reader doesn't work the manager looks like a failed cop. The staff is unable to help unless it's through a head set. I'd love to comment on the food but it's impossible to actually obtain their sorry excuse for substance. read more

Takes forever. Looks like they have 2 workers, but still taking online orders and running the drive thru. Been sitting waiting for my online order that I placed via app for 30 minutes and the line just keeps getting longer. Food is inconsistent as heck. Order a breakfast burrito one day and it's the size of chipotle and then i go back the next day and the burrito is literally just a tortilla with crumbs of bacon. Half of their menu is unavailable on the app and their staff seem incompetent. Only the first stall works when you order in the app and even that isn't guaranteed. Joke of an establishment, bring back the old sonic. It was crusty, but at least i got my food. read more

Sonic, in Huntington West Virginia cannot prepare an order correctly. Three strikes and you are out . The food is lukewarm at best and may have some of the toppings you requested. The drinks forget it , three times our drinks were incorrect . read more

we went to the walk up order kiosk to order. it took them forever to take both my friends and I's order and then it didn't tell us how to pay and then our payment didn't show up and then they never confirmed anything and didn't bring out any food so we had to go through the drive thru to ask them about it because there's no other way to talk to them and they had no idea of our orders at all and we had to order all over again and didn't apologize at all. also the entire 35 minutes we were sitting and waiting, someone was VIOLENTLY throwing up outside of her car just in the middle of everything. horrible horrible experience. read more

This place used to be great. The staff was always friendly and the food was always good. In my past few trips the food has been hit or miss and the staff seems to always been in a bad mood. I dunno what changes they have made in the past few months but they haven't been good. read more

My nephew and girlfriend went thru the drive thru in Parkersburg and got a hamburger and chili fries. Key word hamburger. No meat on the bun chili cheese fries were minus ingredients. Call back to ask about replacing food was dismissed and was told they would not give refund or replace food. Customer service was horrible. read more

I love this place the staff are nice and sweet to you they are clean there food is great the staff there loves kids they acutely have a dine in the area. I love this place I will always eat here as long as they are open. My caseworker loves to eat here too. read more

First of all, we waited so long for our food. Second, my friends hotdog wasn't done at all it was cold and crunchy. Third, my card got charged with my bill and my friends bill instead of our two cards getting billed. read more
