I'm surprised to see that I havn't already written a review for this place as this is definitely…read morenot my first visit to this shop. Last time I came here though I recall it being more decorated. There were lots of whimsical decorations hanging from the ceiling. Seemed to be more simple and basic now. Nothing wrong with that though. It's a clean, spacious shop with ample seating and big windows allowing lots of natural light to come in. I dropped by here to order a Roasted Milk Tea cuz on the 1st and last day of each month, Sun Tea members can order a large sized Milk Tea for just $3.99. They have Regular Milk Tea and Roasted Milk Tea. We've tried both versions and they're both good but we like the Roasted Milk Tea best. I ordered it with less ice and 50% sweetness. Quality of drinks at Sun Tea never seems to disappoint no matter which location we go to. This one was no exception to that rule. Service was a bit slow on this visit. I think they had a lot of online orders to prepare as I didn't see that many people in the shop. Guess it's a popular location. They also have some yummy looking desserts in their shop. Thai Milk Tea Cake Box sounded very tempting. I might try that next time. I skipped it this time as I had come here by foot and had a substantial walk ahead of me when I left the shop so didn't care to be carrying a cake for that long walk.

The mango tastes ripe and balances out the creaminess of the coconut milk. 50% sugar was perfect for me. I looooved the storefront itself; it appears that they make their own toppings and have local suppliers for their tea products. You're able to purchase these supplies, as well as artsy pieces made by local small businesses. There was tons of cute Pokemon merchandise! Friendly staff, a good recommendation for matcha and cute little souvenirs. Need to try their milk tea products next time!

I love the crocheted items. They are so cute. We ordered a Baiko Matcha and a Pink Lychee. Both drinks were enjoyable but I honestly didn't taste much Lychee in my drink. I tasted mostly Strawberry in it. I think I would probably choose some kind of tea beverage next time. After all, with a name like Teaspoons & Co., I guess they would excel in making tea rather than a fruity drink like Pin Lychee. I love the selection of goods on their shelves. Passionfruit Syrup and Wintermelon Syrup both caught my eye. The Wintermelon Syrup I found to be especially unique. I have definitely never come across Wintermelong Syrup in a store before. I was very tempted to buy one of them but in the end, ended up restraining myself. Might buy one next time though.

There was a Fantuan deal recently for $2.99 Brown Sugar Milk Tea at Tealips. Couldn't pass up an…read moreopportunity like that. Had to take advantage of that deal. There was a limit on how many of these drinks you could order. Basically, you could only order one. So if someone else in the family wanted a $2.99 Brown Sugar Milk Tea, they would have to have a separate Fantuan account and order from there. Otherwise, "Too Bad. So Sad!" I ordered mine with less ice and 50% sugar. When I came to the shop to pick up my drink, I also ordered an Avocado sandwich to bring home with the drink. My daughter had raved to me recently about this Avocado sandwich. Brought home the drink and sandwich, and shared them both with her. I knew from past experience that the Artisan sandwiches at Tealips were quite good. It had been quite a few years since the last time I had one of their sandwiches, and I don't think they had this Avocado sandwich at the time that I had last ordered one of their sandwiches. The Avocado sandwich was indeed, very good. It's made with Foccacia bread and comes with lettuce, cheese and tomato. The Foccacia bread was soft, and not toasted. Not sure if I'd ever tried plain, untoasted Foccacia bread before. I usually have it toasted. I found that it was still very enjoyable though, untoasted. This worked better for my daughter too as she was having a bit of a sore throat at the time, so the softer bread was better on her throat. The Brown Sugar Milk tea was soooo good! Havn't had a Brown Sugar Milk Tea in quite awhile and this one was really good. Also, it was still plenty sweet at 50% sweetness. Hard to imagine now that I used to order all my drinks at 100% sweetness. No wonder I used to gain weight back in the days when I first started drinking bubble teas and I had them at 100% sweetness! There were a bunch of different promotions on in the shop, including one where you could donate blood and get a free bubble tea. I might consider taking part in that.

The waffle was so disappointing. Nothing special about it to be worth the original price of $13.95. You would have expected something bigger but it was small.
