Best Buy came through with delivering the new unit, but we also needed a new cut-off switch. His team came on a short notice, installed it, no problems. We then had another issue, where all of the sudden, while I was showering, it started raining just downstairs from the recessed lighting fixtures. That issue, too, they came, saw, and fixed. Finally, we had flooding in our basement. Twice, about 6 months apart. The first time, despite my anxiety, he managed to convince me that we should not grab someone for a Sunday emergency service, since that's going to be way more expensive. He was right, because at the time the issue was both intermittent and thus unsolvable. We didn't see the issue again for about 10 months. Fast-forward, and the issue happened again. This time we caught it and figured out exactly what needed to be done. His team fixed it quickly and hopefully, we won't see the issues again.

He had to go into the wall and fix things because the way they had set up the feed was just not even close to being right. Great, right? Now about two years later I had a pipe burst in the heating system. I managed to shut everything down myself and called to schedule someone to come over. Very good and prompt in getting back to me but in all honesty I wound up going with someone else for half the price they had wanted to charge. I am inclined to say they do good work but at the time I called it was in the middle of a cold snap when it was a gold rush of sorts as this was happening all around and they were going to take advantage of the situation. I don't know if I would use them again as I had one very good experience and then avoided using them a second time and getting milked.

I'm updating a prior five-star review because, in hindsight, it no longer reflects my experience…read moreaccurately. While the initial HVAC and plumbing work appeared acceptable at first, multiple issues became apparent over time. Some installations required repeated adjustments, certain problems were not properly diagnosed the first time, and there were ongoing airflow issues that were never fully resolved. This led to rework and ongoing troubleshooting that a homeowner should not expect from a professional contractor. More concerning was how accountability and professionalism were handled afterward. Items and tools belonging to me that were borrowed during the work were not returned when requested, and communication around resolving this was dismissive rather than professional. This is something consumers should be mindful of when allowing access to their home and property. Based on the quality control, the need for repeated corrections, and how disputes and borrowed property were handled, I can no longer recommend this contractor. I'm sharing this so future customers can make an informed decision and set very clear expectations up front.

We will definitely be calling Frank next time we need HVAC help.
