They blamed it on the technician's cellphone app. I was refunded $765.50 that same day. Of course I don't know what the real story was - did they try to take advantage of me or was it an honest mistake? If you're going to deal with them, I'd advise you comparison shop and be VERY clear what the charges are going to be before the work is done.

Just needed to be replaced. I didn't realize I already used them once before. Life is hectic. I lost track. And I was regretting reaching out to them but decided to give them a chance. The universe intervened and said, "nah." They said they'd come around 4PM the same day. They never showed up. I reached out to them asking when they planned to arrive. No response. I took that as a sign to just decline the service altogether. They responded over a day later asking to reschedule. Nah. Never again.

I worked for a couple hours trying to unclog my waste line in my basement. Tried a snake and also a…read morewater pressure drain bladder. Neither would clear my line. I called Mr. Unclog for help and Byos arrived less than 30 mins later to do the job. First off he was very friendly and professional! Secondly he was happy to explain the process as he was working. He ultimately pulled a bunch of roots out of the line and cleared the clog. He is wasn't finished yet though. He used his camera and monitor to show me what was going on inside the pipe. He determined what material pipe we had and also some other potential problematic roots that were cut back for now but could return. He then put another blade of his snake and cleared out whatever existing roots there were left behind. Finally one final camera run and we were done. My drain was cleared! I will certainly be using Mr. Unclog if and when I have any other issues. He did mention some other options and services they offer which can eliminate any future problems. He wasn't your typical doom and gloom contractor who tries to sell you on some big job.. he was a straight shooter and very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

He said Mr. Unclog hands down was the best in Westchester. A $40,000 estimate from Roto-Rooter became a simple root removal with Mr Unclog. He charged me less than Roto-Rooter charged just to LOOK at the problem without fixing it. Not to mention, Mr Unclog's team wore booties and left the basement as nice as before they came, while Roto-Rooter left droplets of pipe sludge all over the place. I'm recommending this guy to everybody I know. Better service, more professional, and reasonable price.
