I've had the pleasure of working with Tami on both the East and West Coasts , experiencing many incredible sessions with her; both bodywork and soul therapy! I want to take a moment to highlight my most recent session, which occurred after an injury and surgery. I recently suffered a partial tear in my fascia that required fascia release surgery and months of physical therapy. Despite completing PT, my leg remained stiff, especially in the mornings or after sitting for long periods. This is a review for Tami's Telehealth (the journey within). First things first, Tami is very unique in her offerings! I've browsed her catalog of services and I just have to say, her descriptions doesn't do it justice! I've never come across anything like it so this is something she offers that's very unique to her. I've chatted with her before we decided that The Journey Within was the best choice for what I was looking for. All I have to say is, it is absolutely all good things to say! I did start out having to fill out a questionnaire, which is absolutely all necessary. It may seem random but they're all intentional and to get to the deeper psyche. My reading involved numerology and how the numerology of my life is tied to all the health issues that I've either had or potentially could have. She also talks about the lower and high energy octave of my numerology so the choice is up to me on how I want to proceed with my life. Everything she's mentioned is accurate and true in my life. She also used her 309 cards to check in with my body (body tapping? I forgot the term she used ) to see which ones was aligned to my body in terms of frequency of what I needed in my body to help further align myself into my highest expression. She also utilized oracle cards to give me extra knowledge on what spirit wants me to do and where I am currently in my path. Tami was everything I was praying for! My first session with her was so amazing. I'm sure everyone is probably feeling a lot of grief and hopelessness these days with what's going on in the world so it was consuming me like no other. I want holding onto a lot of my grief and emotions in my body so wanted some type of massage with a touch of healer energy. This was beyond that. I booked the 70 min somatic massage the second after I heard Tami's soothing voice on the phone, then went in the same day (which I so desperately needed) and the first 20/30 minutes was intake but almost therapy. She really listens to your past health issues, sleep patterns, even BIRTH chart (how I knew I loved her). Then we went into her cozy space and she spent 70 minutes hands on my body. She did a mix of massage, reflexology, Chinese meridian technique (don't hold me to this I'm unfamiliar but remember the word meridian), and lymphatic. It doesn't get much better than that.
