It has been a few days since my reading with Madame Pamita, and somehow I am even more impressed…read morenow than I was immediately afterward. This was my first reading, and I came into it nervous and unsure of what to expect. Madame Pamita was extraordinarily warm, gentle, and thoughtful. I never felt judged, frightened, or pressured. I left feeling that it had been a beautiful experience. But over the next few days, as I reflected on the reading, some of what she told me became genuinely uncanny. Madame Pamita saw beyond the version of myself that I tend to present to the world. She described specific things about how my mind works and how I move through the world that I had not explained to her. These are not things people generally conclude about me when they first meet me. They usually require knowing me quite well. One observation in particular stayed with me. At the time, I didn't think it was especially accurate because the language she used was completely different from the way I understand and describe myself. After sitting with it, however, I realized that she had identified the same underlying pattern I recognize in myself, but from an entirely different perspective. In fact, her description gave me a new way of understanding something about myself that I already knew but had never quite seen in that way before.
