Such an amazing service. This is one of those businesses I am just fired up about returning to once this chaos has ended. I always feel so welcomed when I come in here and always find something beautiful to take home with me. Even the way the store is laid out brings me joy! The store is quite large and clearly does pretty great business, likely thanks to the sales they run on a regular basis and a strong email marketing program. Now that I am vaccinated I am back to a regular fitness routine, with masks still required. I take intensive HIIT classes so I was on the hunt for a mask that was breathable and stayed on and most folks pointed to this UA option. After taking my first class with the mask on I have to say I am SO underwhelmed. I had more success with a surgical mask and silicon bracket. The UA mask, while nice bc you don't inhale it, is really thick and dense with no breathability, making my face so hot the entire time I was working out I had like...swamp face? I couldn't get deep breaths in. The mask is nonreturnable and PRICEY at $30 so this is a disappointment. I'll use it for walks and brisk activities but am bummed out about they hype vs the experience. I digress - I also picked up some WAY marked down workout tanks and a new sports bra. Everything is easy to find and the staff was helpful and courteous. At least I got 50% off the bra with purchase of the mask? WOOF. If you're an athlete or have a kiddo who loves the brand, this is a great spot for deals. Happy shopping! Skip the UA mask for cardio!

There's more than enough staff to help the number of people in the store but not overly helpful, I had to track someone down more than once for assistance. They've run some decent sales, they seem to be a pretty good mix of an opportunity to purchase new styles but also an opportunity to get good stuff at a reasonable price if you catch a good sale. It feels like they have a better selection of men's clothing vs womens. The right half of the store is mostly men's, front left is women's and back left is children's. Wish they had a bigger selection of women's clothing.

Lands End acknowledges receipt of these few items and pockets the money you paid for the rest. This is based on my experience 4/2/25. I did not check the receipt at Happy Returns. Never been scammed before If Happy Returns ships back to Lands End all items you intended to return, Lands End reaps $100 for a $20 item if it cycles through 5 times. My guess is that Lands End pays Happy Returns for this service.

Recently, I reached out just to give them some friendly feedback. I mentioned that a few of my older shirts had some minor issues but made sure to emphasize that I still love their products. The shirts are not paper thin as someone else mentioned in a post below. They are thin but no different than any other T-shirt. I feel I can say that due to all the shirts I have. I've never ordered this many shirts from any vendor every in my life and I'm glad I did. They are comfortable, affordable and fun to wear. I never asked for a single thing, but their team insisted on replacing multiple T-shirts for me anyway! I even offered to send the defective ones back and pay for the shipping myself out of appreciation for their generosity, but they wouldn't hear of it.
