She is easy to talk to and has a professional yet fun demeanor which helped me decide to book my mini session with her. My wedding is in September so I had my boudoir photo shoot with Liz just a few weeks ago. First of all, Liz's guide of what to expect and lingerie and accessory tips were a godsend! I was really at a loss of what to buy that would be best for my curvy body and would make me feel beautiful and comfortable. I would have never thought to wear a bodysuit but Liz recommended them for curvy women and she was absolutely right! My bodysuit accentuated my curves and looked killer in the photos. Her recommendation of cheeky/Brazilian underwear instead of thongs was also really flattering to my figure, I would have never gone with those as I am used to wearing thongs. My other outfits included a fitted teddy, bridal bra and panty set, and of course a corset with thigh highs and garters for a more risqué look. DSW has a lot of great shoes for boudoir in their clearance section to keep it more affordable. I used earrings and bracelets I already had but after looking at my photos afterward it's not noticeable or really needed. If I were to do it again, I think some beautiful bracelets would be the only thing I would focus on. Manicures, pedicures, waxing, and tanning are all nice touches but not needed. These things might make you feel more beautiful but to keep it more affordable I would skip. I highly recommend adding the extra hour to your session. I am so happy I did this because I was able to add a few more outfits and really ease in and get comfortable with taking the photos. I had tons of great photos to choose from at the end! I was hoping for just a few decent ones but I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful they all turned out and I attribute that to having more time with Liz to get comfortable and try out different poses and facial expressions. Makeup was included in the package. I added hair for $25 since I'm not good at that. Lindsay was amazing and gave me beautiful wavy curls and sexy makeup plus she was super sweet and fun to talk to and really puts time into making sure everything is perfect. Starting with hair and makeup plus a delicious mimosa really helped me relax before the photo shoot. Did I mention how great the studio is?!? Modern, sleek decor with a great music system all contributed to the mood of the shoot. During the shoot and when viewing the final results, I was really impressed at Liz's great eye for capturing gorgeous shots. She is imaginative and a pro that really is a specialist in this type of photography. I'm still feeling beautiful and more confident weeks after the shoot. I just thought of this as a neat gift for my fiancé but I got much more of it than I could have imagined. I couldn't have asked for a better boudoir experience!!!!

She sized us perfectly and steered us to the bras we asked for. My daughter was very nervous going through this, but in the end, she was very happy. Me, too. My only gripe is that the bras are not cheap. But saying that, it's not something you buy every day. I also wish they had more just plain white available, but I got over that. Comment about the cashiers...we were checking out at 9 pm. There was one cashier who was busy, so another one came up. She seemed to be not very happy when she started with us, but my opinion of that changed. We will be back in a heartbeat!

Saturday and Sunday after realizing that I never got my gift card back and that the cashier took it, I called twice and a manager was not available and I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes until hanging up. I love Kohl's. Where did my shopping love for this store happen? At this location…read more Years ago, I lived in Rochester. I found this Kohl's store after shopping at Walmart next door. There is a plaza of box stores in the southern part of the city. I walked into this Kohl's, loved everything about it, and have been a fan ever since. I recently returned to reminisce and shop. I parked and walked in. It felt the same, except that the merchandise is different... haha! If you love discounted items, you want to shop here. This store has one of the better sections for heavily discounted goods, from clothes to jewellery, that you'll find. There was still a section on discounted Christmas clothes. Prices were 70% off the ticketed price. I also found a pair of Mickey Mouse stud earrings for $10. They were originally $50, which I would never buy at that price. Kohl's was having a semi-annual bra sale. I couldn't find a purple bra in my size at the Eagan store. I found it here. I immediately snatched it up and was so happy. I lost myself in the kitchen accessories section. Oh, the memories of building my empty apartment kitchen with cool spatulas, mixing bowls, and more, and creating a happy, functional kitchen experience. It brought back wonderful memories. I had Kohl's cash to use. It was loaded on the Kohl's app on my phone. I went to pay for my items. The woman cashing me out was exceptionally patient and nice. I got her to scan my Kohl's cash. I then had to flip to my rewards barcode. She scanned that next. I then paid with a credit card. She was lovely. It was nice returning to the store that kick-started my love for Kohl's. I am so glad that it's still standing! It's clean, cheerful, and has everything that I love about the store. (117)

The "bubbles" were a glue like consistency and there was no way you could blow bubbles through the wand of glue. The cat treats were rock hard. I brought the items back the next day and explained the issues. The manager proceeded to take the bubbles out and attempt to blow bubbles herself, which of course was impossible. She then said she could refund my money for that item, but not for the cat treats since my cat "didn't like them". She suggested I donate them to Paws and Claws. I told her no cat would eat those because they are rock hard and told her to throw them away. She refused to refund my money. What a joke. I suggest you do not purchase anything here that you think you may have to return.

You're welcome, Rochester residents... haha! I was curious to find out whether there was a TJ Maxx. I did a search and found this store near Apache Mall. I decided to drive over here to check it out before heading to the mall. This store is in a plaza-mall hybrid. There was lots of parking on a snowy Wednesday afternoon. I parked and headed over to the store. It's an interesting setup where the TJ Maxx-HomeSense store feels like you are in a mall. You go through the main entrance and you walk over to the store in a mall-like setting. However, not all stores are accessible indoors. Many are set up like a plaza where you have an entrance for each store. It's weird. As with most TJ Maxx stores, the purses tend to appear first. I do miss the days when you could readily find Kipling purses. These days, you get Disney and Snoopy ones, which are still up my alley, but aren't as lightweight as Kipling ones. I tend to look at luggage. I had already bought a piece that worked well for my needs, but it never hurts to check this section out. I liked the selection. It had a number of pet duffle bags. It was my first time seeing them at any store's travel section. The face care section is impressive. I have never seen so many face wipes and masked neatly stacked. This store had purple Crocs. I don't own a pair, mainly because I can never find a pair in my size. I was so close here. One day, my dream will come to fruition. The kitchen accessories section made me happy. I found an oil spritzer with a glass base. I've always wanted one and it was at a good price here. Although the base is glass, it's pretty lightweight. I am also a sucker for small appliances. Mainly Dash products were available. I love this brand. I have mini griddle and waffle makers. I didn't need one, but they do make great gifts. The phone accessories section is great, too. I like checking out everything from car phone mounts to portable bank chargers. The lineup wasn't bad. I had a nice woman at the checkout. She looked at my oil spritzer and said that it would be good for plants. That's true, especially for cactuses and succulents that don't require a ton of water. I paid with a credit card. The transaction was straightforward. I thanked the woman and left with my purchase. I'm thrilled that Rochester has a TJ Maxx. It has a decent selection of items that interest me. I'd come back when I'm in southern Rochester. (29)
