My last VS bra size was a 38DD. The first young lady measured me as a 34D. I picked up so many bras out of excitement and made my way to the fitting room. The fitting room was so dark. It reminded me of a night club. The lighting needs to be brighter. Anyway, I tried on the bras & was spilling out everywhere. Clearly, 34D isn't my size. I pushed the button inside the room to request assistance. After 10 min, no one ever came. So, I got dressed and went back out the to find someone else to measure me. The new lady told me the same size. LORD HAVE MERCY!! What is wrong with your measuring tape ladies?? We went back to the room so she could see the spillage out of the bras I selected. She brought me a different type of bra & it still didn't work. So, I left frustrated. I went home and followed the measuring video on my own. My measurements came out to a 36C or 38A. So, I ordered A LOT of bras & will return what I can't fit. I pray that one of these sizes work because I have NO FAITH in your store associates measuring me. Get more staff so that when we ask for assistance, they actually come and do just that. Thank you!

Ladies with big feet, gather here! I showed Amanda a picture of my dress and she immediately helped me find a shoe that matched perfectly. The only problem was the shoe was not available at the location, Amanda,Jemeisha, and Jasmine assisted me in placing the order. They literally scanned the barcode of the shoe, made sure it was the correct item, printed a list of the stores that had the shoe in stock which was only two in the entire country, and helped me track down the shoe! I am so grateful for this team and all of the effort they put into helping me put my perfect outfit together. Also, if you need help with styling and outfit, I have worked with Jackie at this location who is also phenomenal. I cannot say enough nice things about this store. Even the merchandising team is pleasant to work with, and they ensure that the prices are correct. If you are looking for a place to buy the perfect outfit, buy housewares, buy fragrance at a really good price, I would 100% recommend this location. This is the only place that I go to in the triangle.

Duluth clothing is expensive but that is because it is going to last you FOREVER!! I'd rather pay a high price for an item one time than pay a low price for an item many times. I have worn my Duluth fleece jacket nearly every single day for the past 3 years and it is still good as new. I really like their Dry-On-The-Fly collection. I wore my Dry-On-The-Fly pants on a recent trip to Ireland and they were perfect for the damp days. The staff members in the store are super friendly and helpful. The staff asked if I needed help once and left me alone to peruse. I am not the sort to patronize a red light district! I'm glad that it did not deter me, however, as soon as I walked it it was quite clean and classy. *Whew* I admit that I had never set foot in such a place, before I walked in, but it was worth the trip. Sadly, they do not have petites in this outlet. The service was good but they had very little to offer.
