After receiving a gift card from my husband, I went to Soma inside Crabtree Valley Mall to do some shopping. I had only known of Soma from receiving a pajama set from them years ago , and I love the fit and quality. It was great to go inside the store to see what else they offered. What I found was a variety of bras, panties, Lounge wear sets, robes as well as pajama sets and athletic wear for women. I was greeted and asked if I needed to help and at first I said no...I wanted to browse, see what they had on sale etc. I noticed bras were buy 1, get 1 half off. So I asked if the sized/fitted customers for bras. They said yes and off we went into the dressing area. I was asked to remove my sweater and was properly measured. I felt comfortable and appreciated the knowledge and great service provided by the employee. She brought me a variety of bra styles to choose from and I settled on two of them as I loved the comfort and style. I LOVE this place! It's so hard for me to find a good bra. Victoria Secret and Pink just don't carry my size and it's so frustrating. I tried this place and it the only place I will ever go from now on. I have recommended it to multiple family members and they are recommending to other. I finally have bras that work. I wear a 32 G. I finally feel comfortable and secure. They will size you in a fitting room for free and let you try on the different styles. They have great employees that are super helpful. When I tried on my one bra (the one I'm currently wearing) I walked out of the dressing room and said I felt like Barbie. You have to try this place. Definitely 5 out of 5. This has been a nightmare. Returned 4 bras ($193.00), over six weeks ago. Finally received notification that the package was received at their return center on 12/25. Still waiting for my refund. Emailed customer service, as instructed to do - received email back saying they were too busy to respond, and was instructed to call their customer service phone number. Sat on hold for almost an hour - no one picked up. Tried their customer service live chat. Click on option to chat, takes you to a blank page - nothing happens. I'm done. Omg! I fell in love today!!! I went in to the Crabtree location and was assisted by Rhea who was absolutely amazing! This woman knows her bras and panties! I was fitted accurately for the first time in my life! Rhea took the time to choose amazing bras for me. She educated me in adjusting my straps, washing, and other care for your intimates.
