I had only known of Soma from receiving a pajama set from them years ago , and I love the fit and quality. It was great to go inside the store to see what else they offered. What I found was a variety of bras, panties, Lounge wear sets, robes as well as pajama sets and athletic wear for women. I was greeted and asked if I needed to help and at first I said no...I wanted to browse, see what they had on sale etc. I noticed bras were buy 1, get 1 half off. So I asked if the sized/fitted customers for bras. They said yes and off we went into the dressing area. I was asked to remove my sweater and was properly measured. I felt comfortable and appreciated the knowledge and great service provided by the employee. She brought me a variety of bra styles to choose from and I settled on two of them as I loved the comfort and style. I had originally called their customer care call center, and even that was an enjoyable experience. Their recorded messages sound kind as opposed to robotic. I had to wait a little bit but that's understandable as it is the first weekend after the holidays. They were so kind and transferred me to the Greensboro store as it was the closest to me. They worked with me and I have always loved their products. It is nice to see/experience an organization that puts excellence into everything they do.
