Furthermore, they have an amazing selection of swim products like suits, training gear, caps... goggles, bags... practically everything a competitive swimmer would want! Not only that, they will have great deals on products that are really nice. Probably my favorite part about them is the tech suits! Their staff are experts at this and are really good at making sure you get the right suit for you, even for first timers! Went in hoping to get prescription swim goggles, which they have. The person working asked if I knew my perscription, which I didn't. They were like "Sorry can't help you" and basically ignored me, not friendly or helpful at all. Will not go back it was a very dismissive unfriendly vibe. If I knew my lens diopter I would have just ordered from Amazon, frankly. (Note the scrip for goggles are not the same as normal glasses so you can't just bring your eyeglass prescription: most places have a wheel of lenses that let you check, or they will let you test out different lenses to find the right one.) Maybe they get their money by selling in bulk to local swim teams b/c they sure aren't getting it by being friendly or going out of their way to help customers. Sales rep Stephanie Armond made my experience terrible. I was in the store today with my 3 children one of which is 2 months old. My 6 year old needed to use the rest room and we were told to leave the store. Please keep in mind we were in the store to buy swim suits for our children's swim team. I packed my children up and my 6 year old wet her self on the way to the adjacent grocery store. I will never buy anything from this business. read more

Like so many others in NC, my son celebrated his 15th birthday at home due to the COVID-19 stay-at-home order. Fortunately, my husband was able to purchase a few gifts just prior to the order. Although the swimsuit was too small, my son was still excited to have it to exchange in the future. Imagine our shock and dismay when my husband returned to the store recently to get a bigger suit and was told that the 30 day return policy window had closed! Of course it did! We were all at home! I am disgusted that a store in our community would show such disregard for the well-being of our athletes. I would encourage all of PCHS swimmers to look elsewhere for your swimwear. :( read more

I am a long-term swimmer with a loyalty to speedo, and arrived at the store knowing exactly what I wanted. I went with a good friend, who also swims regularly. We were in and out in 5 minutes. I wanted a size 34 speedo endurance (material) with a racer back. Within a few minutes a sales woman had located the two suits in the store that fit this description, and I purchased one of them ($69). The price was the same as it would have been at the online speedo store. A lower cost would have been possible, if any speedos with this description were on the sale rack. My friend had also identified a suit in the same timeframe. This is a relatively small store (ca. 20' x 30' in the main area) in a strip mall (about three stores in from the left end of the strip mall as you face it). It offers a broad selection of high quality swim gear, including caps, goggles and suits. read more

A pair of goggles that I bought from them broke after one day. When I went back to the store, they told me there was nothing they could (would) do about it. They then offered to sell me a replacement band, I suppose on the delusional hope that for some reason, I would give a company with such outlandishly poor customer service even more money. I did not. I recommend finding a company that cares even a little for the customer, and doing business with them. read more

Went in looking for a suit I could do laps in- I swim about 6-7 days a week and am thinking of starting to train for some open water swimming. The woman who was working there treated me almost as if I was her daughter, helping me pick out suits, asking me what colors I liked, recommending me brands, pulling out polyester suits for me... All in a very responsive, kind, non-overwhelming way. When I came out of the dressing room, she and the other staff were very available to giving me feedback on tightness and fit, testing the straps etc. when I couldn't find a suit with straps they were comfortable on me, she even went out on a search to find a different brand and even a suit with wider straps that would fit better. This ended up being the suit that I bought. Thanks to all American swim for such a responsive, accommodating and personalized shopping experience! This is my first experience with All American Swim Supply store in Cary, NC. I have two children on a swim team this year for the first time. I was VERY disappointed by the customer service, or lack thereof of service I experienced yesterday. Naturally, being new to swim, I had some questions, regarding pricing of suits and sizing. The two women working were not forthright with any information and when they did answer my questions they were rude and condescending. I have never posted a negative review of any retailer but I found their lack of professionalism and lack of kindness appalling.
