We stopped here while visiting from out of town AFTER we had stopped at the Lions Den…read more (which had an oder, limited selection and quite dumpy inside - Don't even bother to stop at one of those chains). **Priscilla's is more of an up scale adult store!! Better than Lovers Lane providing more of a selection and by far classier than any Lions Den! Super Bowl Sunday morning we were greeted by an amazingly helpful gal Heather. She made my experience shopping there so much fun!! She was open and honest. She provided sound knowledge of the products we were in search of and info on other items. Professional but not pushy! I felt extremely comfortable talking with her about our needs and wants. It did not feel I was taking to a sales rep trying to make a buck but a friend I can trust. She genuinely listened to our wants and needs and took time in explaining the difference between items, things to use with the items and proper care after use. From already being at the Lions Den the day before, and being extremely disappointed in the items we purchased, I wanted to make sure this time around I would not be wasting money. Heather provide us with high quality items that we were very pleased with ;) and because I trusted her, I wasn't afraid to spend the extra money on "cross sales". I'm glad I stopped in when we did. If it wasn't for Heather, I wouldn't have purchased ALL the goodies we did!! Because the following Thursday I stopped back at Priscilla's and there were 2 younger ladies in there.....and they did not smile, not friendly or welcoming at all! I wouldn't have had my personal questions answered if I ran into the other gals 1st. Thanks again Heather for your spectacular customer service! Your professionalism and friendly demeanor made it a fun shopping experience!! If we ever are back in your state, I'll swing by for more goodies!!!

I had a very patient sales lady that helped me find a perfect piece of lingerie even though I came in not really knowing what I wanted. I am really happy that they have added more plus size options. I do wish they carried more toys in a wider budget range...everything is super expensive. I go here for my lingerie but usually elsewhere for my accessories.

I went inside this adult oriented business and noticed the extensive price increase since the last…read moretime I was there. ( $20 for a one time entry ) I stated to the attendant working the counter, "Wow! Man this has gotten expensive. You guys must be raging". I asked how long he has been working there. I thougt he might acknowledge the big increase over the years. I guess he took it personally. He gave me a dirty look and didn't answer. I remember when this place was quite affordable and had a pleasant staff. He followed me outside. As I pulled away, and for no apparent reason aside from trying to be intimidating, the attendant began photographing and/or videotaping my car and license plate. I asked him what the problem was. He told me and was seemingly calling the police. He was very aggressive and for no real reason. I hope the business owner reviews the video tape the business provides both inside and outside the building. It will reveal that i was of no threat, wasn't causing a disturbance, and actually driving away. Why he was photographing me and my car is of real question. My later reponses were a result of his outrageous, unnecessary behavior, threats. name calling and slurs. Apparently he likes to put past/potential/current customers, who may have actually returned sometime in the future to patronize the business, in uncomfortable situations. As well. he likes to attract law enforcement to a pretty seedy business that has a history of being harrassed by law enforcement itself. This establishment has gone downhill. I would not go there unless you enjoy potentially being put under a spotlight. The attendant was aggressive, threatening and definitely a liability to this business and others. His behavior was over the top and unnecessary. The attendant likes to escalate situations unnecessarily. I'm sure he has a legal history of aggressive violent behavior. He seems to like attracting law enforcement and drama. And for those of you who wish to go about your day being unnoticed and left alone, these types of scenarios draw a lot of attention. BEWARE! Goodbye to a once thriving friendly business. Very risky!!!
