Her team replaced the lining and cleaned the leather so that it looks as good as new. The jacket is from the 80s so they were able to restore it to its glory days! The price was reasonable and they got me my jacket in less than 2 weeks. If you ever need leather repairs or cleaning do yourself a favor and stop in this store.

During my most recent visit, when I was browsing the racks of clothing, an employee walked right past me and did not say hello. Furthermore, sometimes I could not easily find price tags on products. I chose one article of clothing to buy. At the checkout counter, I waited in line for a short while. An employee kindly greeted me, made conversation, accurately rang up my purchase, and told me to have a good day.

The clerk that helped that day was 5*. My husband purchased two pairs of shoes for around $400. We went to Europe and did a lot of walking. My husband was so pleased with the one pair of shoes that he returned today to purchase the same pair in black. However the clerk with the goatee was exceptionally rude when he couldn't find a record of us being in the store or even purchasing anything. He was snappy and totally disrespectful. So we will be making future purchases online or elsewhere. We will not be back to Wagners. Very disappointing!
