For just a little extra than the basic hydra facial, you get a complimentary LED AND dermaolaning (which if you added these separately would be a lot more). So far I have had two with her and definitely plan on coming back. I have also had nail services with Ava, structure gel mani, Dazzle Dry manis and spa pedicures. She is absolutely fantastic, super easy to talk to, very detail oriented and when I was apprehensive to speak up about something (which I did and it totally wasn't a big deal) she reiterated to me that if I had questions about anything, not to be worried about saying something because she wants me to leave happy. And boy , do I leave happy! The owner is also very nice and super knowledgeable and in the future, I definitely want to look into possibly getting IPL photo facial for my rosacea. They also offer brow services, lash services and other kind of skin treatments. I plan on trying those also. I know this was long but I can't say enough good things about this place!

It's nice to be able to have a conversation with your manicurist if you choose or close your eyes and relax. I've been getting my nails done for years and honestly Bella Mano is the best in the North Shore. There spa treatments will leave you feeling relaxed and your skin will look amazing. You can't go wrong with any manicurist or aesthetician. They are all talented and knowledgeable.

I don't know their names but both nail artist were nice and did a very good job for all of us. We were on a time crunch but they managed to finish us within 1 and a half hour. I love my long nails! Most places I have been to for a mani pedi only take about an hour for all of it. My pedicure was about an hour long and my feet and toenails have never looked this nice. For the manicure I also got a full set of acrylics something I usually don't do cause they never do them right for me. The gentleman I got doing my nails wouldn't take the next step unless he knew exactly what I wanted. He made my nails short, which is just the way I like them. When it came to the color I wanted a fade from blue to a glittery green, he didn't get what I wanted right away and I don't think my cold helped but I showed him a picture and he knew exactly what I was talking about. I made an appointment for 1pm they started taking care of me right before 1 and I didn't get out until 3. It was possible the best experience I have had while getting my nails done. I definitely recommend that upgrade. My gel manicure came out beautiful and the hand massage was 10/10! Unfortunately during my visit there was an entitled client that decided to get disrespectful towards a staff member because she was 20min to her own appointment. I wanted to make sure that I included this in my review in case she posts anything that's not true. The staff member handled her with such kindness and grace!
