Steve, one of the spa owners, is a wonderful microblade artist! He is incredibly meticulous and went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable during the process and with all the shape and color decisions. I didn't find it at all painful, but I hear everyone has different tolerances. First, he used a measuring tool to sketch the brows and make sure they are even and perfect before starting. During the procedure, he went very slow and would often change positions to make sure they looked perfect at every angle before continuing on. When you decide to get a semi-permanent tattoo on your face, you want a perfectionist who is as detail-oriented as Steve. This is not the time to be cheap and go with a place that churns out dozens of over-done clone eyebrows per week. I went in with an idea of what I wanted (with photos), and he carefully tailored the brows to fit my face. I love the shape he created and look forward to the follow-up session in a month to fill them out a bit more. The atmosphere at this spa was enjoyable and all of the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable for the high level of service you receive. I highly recommend Steve for microblading, and I also saw some beautiful lashes walking around in there so I have a feeling they do a phenomenal job at those, too. I look forward to trying many more services there in the future.

They are extremely knowledgeable and passionate. They have recommended the correct treatments for my lifestyle and skin. Sarah is my current aesthetician that takes care of my monthly treatments, for which I have a membership that is worth every cent. Sarah is very honest in recommending what will work for me, as well as how to get the best results with the least amount of angst. The location is gorgeous and clean, with plenty of parking and very easy access off of 128. Their appointments run on schedule and it is easy to reschedule if necessary. They have a very open communication policy which is so refreshing. The promotions that they run on services are incredible, and they really do care that they offer competitive pricing.

My friend found this place. Apparently it was the first salt room in Massachusetts when it first…read moreopened. When I first walked in i did not get a spa vibe. There were two old looking couches that were placed in a weird way that didn't feel welcoming or like it flowed. They had little cubbies with locks to put our stuff in it, rest room facilities thats were clean, but again no spa like zen feeling. The salt room itself was cool. They had tranquil music playing. You walk with booties that they give you because there is salt on the ground. The walks and light fixtures were also covered in salt, and there is a cent that was said to blow Himalayan salt into the room. You go in with your regular clothes, which I thought was strange. I know the benefits cone with inhaling it, but I also thought it gets absorbed in through your pores as well. I have only been to one other salt room at a spa and we were in our robes. After 10 minutes of the salt blowing in, my friend and I felt a difference. It definitely did something, my head personally was feeling fuzzy 20 minutes into it and for about 30 minutes after I left. I didn't feel bad, I'm assuming its from all the salt WI was breathing in. The salt room itself is definitely zen. Interesting experience, I would try a different salt room next time.
