She really makes sure that her customers feel fabulous whenever they receive a service. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service you received, she will always make it right and without hesitation and with a smile. I love getting my nails done here because everything is extremely clean and sterile, and Alaina really takes her time to make sure the service is perfect. You never have to worry about infections or fixing polish mistakes once you get home because it's always done right the first time. When I went in the man at the desk seemed overwhelmed, said there were 4 people ahead of me and did I know which color it was? I said no but I'll do it myself. I tried to match the color, put some where the thumb cracked, and left. I wouldn't go here for a manicure again and it certainly wasn't worth the $25 plus tip. The first place turned the bottom of my hair blonde when I asked for a light brown balayage and the color was really patchy. The second place I went to for a color correction gave me GRAY highlights when I asked them to make my hair blend better. Then by a recommendation I can here and got my color fixed by Brianna and my hair now looks fantastic!!! My hair is now beautify blended and a beautiful warm golden blonde shade that matches my darker skin tone great. If you are trying to go from dark to light, go to Brianna. The massage therapist was wonderful and really had a nice manner and I liked my massage a lot! I did find it difficult when she followed me to the front desk, watched me pay and waited for her tip. I wouldn't go back, but it's not a terrible place.
