I'm very disappointed in the way my nails came out. They were very uneven, thick, and the shape was off on many of the nails also the gel was not evenly painted on. When me and my cousin went back to get our nails taken off they left acrylic still on our nails and still denied that the nails didn't live up to the $55 price tag. Sadly I will not be coming back. Was also refused a refund even though no where stated refunds were not given. I got my nails done here on Wednesday i asked for Vivian she's supposed to be "awesome for acrylics" She rushed the whole nail appointment. I asked for the shape and length of the green photo attached. Clearly as you can see i did not receive that. I am very unhappy that my nails in the blue pic are not the same shape or length. I paid $55 for nails that i really did not like. I went back today and asked them to take my nails off completely, they took them off but left acrylics all over my nails still. I was just very upset with how we were treated when i went back. They also refused to give me a refund on my nails. Will not be coming back to this salon. As another note they did not apply lotion at the end and massage your hands. I have been to multiple salons since COVID and they all still applied lotion. read more

Have been there a few times and they always do a good job. Until today. Got home changed and headed out. Sat down to order a drink husband says " what happened to your manicure ". I looked down and every nail was smudged. I went back to the salon and was treated rudely. Technician tugged at my hands and left cotton all over them before she polished. I went here for over ten years. Earlier this year all of the employees disappeared and were replaced with new people. I tried to stay, went three times. On my third trip I paid for a spa pedicure but received a regular pedicure from a man who also shut off the massage chair and cut my toe. Never even acknowledged the bleeding. Sent me off with three smudged powder dipped nails and a cut toe, and all of this for $105 because it is more $ if you pay by card. I wrote them an email but it was not answered. I have been here about 10 times and I've felt increasingly disappointed with each visit. This weekend was their last shot with me. I have serious questions about the sterilization of their tools and the cleanliness of their work stations. I have never seen them actually take a tool from a sterilized packet or machine, they always just take them out of a drawer. The technicians are also pretty rude and aggressive with grabbing your fingers or shoving your hands down. It's like they hate you and this is how they get their feelings out? I went a few weeks ago and was unhappy with my manicure immediately but the girl who did my nails was so rude I didn't feel comfortable saying anything. I went back (don't ask why) this weekend and a different rude girl did such a terrible job on my nails that I had no choice but to go back and get it fixed. I have had acrylic nails and was turned onto UV nails by Shirley at the Spa. I couldnt be happier. The nails look so natural and feel so light! I feel so Awful Writing this Bc I LOVE THE OWNERS (2 sisters). They are wonderful. But the past 2 times I have gone and gotten a gel manicure, it chipped within 2 days... I went back and the owners were more Than willing to fix, however they had the original women do the job and she could not match the original color. Therefore she had to completely redo the whole thing. They are supposed to let your nails soak in the acetone to get the gel off. But I knew she was upset and in a rush. She ended up filing my nails down so hard and fast, 5 of my nails Now have blood blisters underneath the nail beds . That manicure also started Chipping quickly And my nails started falling apart (I think Bc of the severe filing). I doubt know if I will go back, but if I do I will be nervous and I don't want that same woman. I now need my nails to completely grow out and wait for the blood underneath to disappear. read more

I went here to get a gel manicure and unfortunately I would not go back again. While the woman was very friendly she clipped my nails a bit too short on some where they ended up stinging and the polish is a bit sloppy (tips aren't painted, polish is far back from my cuticles). I just had them done today and they are already chipping in the same day, keep in mind I had a gel manicure. The big thing that really threw me off though were the unsanitary conditions. All tools she used had not been cleaned and were pulled out of a cup at her desk. I watched her then put them back in there for the next person without cleaning them. The nail files also looked like they had seen better days. When I go to a salon I expect new files and tools that have been sanitized. read more
