We stayed here for a long weekend. There are several restaurants and other hotels in this area so…read morerates were comparable. We were initially concerned when we pulled up and there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot. More guests did arrive after the dinner hour. Inside, Amir greeted us right away and checked us in. Although the hotel was mostly empty, he gave us a room right next to the elevator. Since it wasn't busy, we didn't ask to switch. Unpacking, we noticed some cleanliness issues that could be corrected with more attention to detail. Mirror was streaky from incomplete cleaning, blue toothpaste crust on a white shelf where clean towels are placed, crumbs/debris on the heater, glass shower door not clean, bed sheets that don't fit... ugh, not a good start. On our way downstairs we let Amir know about the cleanliness issues and he appreciated the feedback. We also asked him for 2 more bath towels as there were only 2 in the room and housekeeping service is every other day. He said he would send up 2 towels , but he never did. We thought we would get towels and maybe the room would get a quick cleaning, but nope. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and no bugs. The sheets barely fit the bed - there were maybe 6 inches of top sheet hanging off either side of the bed - and the fitted sheet did not wrap around the bottom of the mattress, so I felt like I needed to stay still (so the sheet would not pop off in the middle of the night) and towards the middle of the bed to be under the covers. The elevator was noisy Sunday morning as more guests were in and out. We did not get up in time for the free breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our heater made a lot of noise on our final night, not sure why, but that disturbed our sleep since it was loud every 10-15 minutes, ugh. We did get housekeeping service on Sunday morning but none of the items I listed above were addressed - the mirror, the shelf, the door, the crumbs - all still there. The hotel could be great with attention to detail. As there are other choices in this area, we would probably not stay here again.

Plenty of parking with a lot in front and back at no charge. The front desk workers were friendly and offered complimentary water bottles if interested. The room was clean and functional. I booked a standard king bed room and it had neat little practical touches like square stools under the desk, a compact over the couch tray table, plus privacy and black out blinds. I checked the mattress as always, no bedbugs/other bugs noted. Outlets and usb charging outlets by the bedside table. Mini fridge (no freezer) and microwave always nice. Thermostat was easy to use. Bathroom had a glass step in shower with the nice plastic reducing refillable containers for everything. My only real complaint about the room was that the conditioner was almost empty when I got there. I could tell as there was air in the first pump so this shows they don't refill it as often as they should. Luckily everything else was well stocked and clean. Breakfast was free and also good: biscuits , sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, red skin potatoes/green peppers/onions, oatmeal with toppings, whole fruit, yogurts, personal cereals, and juice or milk. The seating area was large and clean with plenty of windows. They used paper plates, paper bowls, plastic cups, and plastic cutlery. Luckily there was at least a water refill station in the lobby and recycling bins by the ice machines to help reduce waste. Overall my stay was pretty good.

My expectation when booking this room was that my experience would be exactly the same. If I was allowed to post more than 20 pictures, I would show you the absolute mess that this hotel was left in during check-in. Sadly, the positive is that the staff at this location is incredibly nice, friendly and accommodating. However, when I entered the room, there were stains on the door. There was dirty cutlery. There was a gigantic stain on my duvet on both mattresses I had to change the entire beds plural many more than two myself. Thankfully, the staff was incredibly friendly and brought me a change for my mattress. The doors to the cabinets keep popping back open. There are stains in the shower. There are stains throughout the room. I am severely disappointed in Marriott. I have to say the fitness center was incredibly clean. The pool looked incredibly clean, but the status of this room is utterly and excuse my language disgusting! The iron had a huge worn stain on it. There is countless crumbs of food in all of the cabinets, including the ones by the bed and in the kitchen area a lot of these things can be remediated by a simple room check by housekeeping staff. I am really ashamed at Marriott. If you decide to stay at this location, sadly I suggest bringing your own cleaning supplies. Luckily, I do this when traveling. I wish that I could attach more pictures unfortunately I'm only allowed 20 but please when staying at this location check your sheets prior to jumping in the bed. You may need to change them yourselves. I do not recommend this location.

I'll admit I didn't check out their website after I was planned and chose to just find out when I arrived. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the layout and the full refrigerator, microwave and range. The living room area was very cozy. I liked that there was a separate TV in that space, so I didn't have to watch TV only in the bedroom. The bed was comfy. The pillows...not so much. Since I was a solo traveler, I was able to use all four and get the fullness I am accustomed to. I enjoyed both the pool and the fitness center and liked that the fitness center was 24 hours. The staff were very nice and I enjoyed the breakfast offerings as well. The hashbrown potatoes and waffles were my favorites. The only thing I didn't like was that the thick curtains were designed not to close all the way. Only the sheer curtains closed all the way. I was on the first floor and definitely knew I had to remedy that. I went to the closet and used a pants hanger to grip both sides and keep them permanently closed when I wanted them closed. All in all, definitely a great relaxing weekend. Just the recharge I needed.

We were on a cross-country road trip and had booked this hotel as an overnight stop. Due to unexpected road construction, closures, detours, and severe weather, we called ahead to let them know we'd be arriving very late (after midnight). They made a note and told us they would have the room available later. As conditions worsened, it became clear we couldn't safely continue and would need to stay elsewhere for the night. We contacted the hotel again to ask if they could cancel our stay or provide credit for a different night, possibly on our return trip because we had booked a refundable rate, but obviously was well into the night. They told us to stop in the next day along our journey and they will "see what they can do." When we arrived the next day, the front desk clerk Vicky was rude and dismissive. She informed us they would not adjust the reservation and said the only option was to "use the room for an hour" because they had extended a "courtesy late checkout." When we picked up the key and went to the room, it didn't even work. There was no apology, just another key handed to us along with a reminder that our remaining time was now 45 minutes after losing 15 minutes from the incorrectly programmed key. I asked to speak with a manager, but none were on site. Vicky claimed that the manager, Sonya, supported how the situation was handled. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with us, especially under circumstances beyond our control, was extremely disappointing.

Front desk staff were great! In fact, all staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful. I had a king room on the top floor. My room was by the elevator and I was a little worried about noise but that wasn't a problem at all. Being on the 7th floor the ceilings were high which made the room feel bigger. The room and bathroom were clean. The lighting situation was great, meaning, there was enough lighting in the room unlike some hotels. The bed was one of the better hotel beds I've slept on. I got great sleep! I did use the pool and hot tub and both were clean and at perfect temps. The daily breakfast was plentiful and tasty. They kept things refilled right up until the end. I was there midweek and breakfast goes till 9:30 which is nice since some other places end it way earlier. I ate breakfast there all 4 mornings of my stay and it was the exact same every day. Would be nice if they switched it up a bit. The 5:30 Kickback was also nice. It's basically a full dinner which is such a great bargain. Kinda wish that went a little longer, 7:30 maybe? But still a great perk. Having soda available is also a nice perk, as is the free adult beverages during Kickback. If I get send back out here for work again, I know where I'm staying!

The location is conveniently near a Starbucks and the freeway. They have amenities like a heated pool and gym but I didn't use them. I booked a couple nights around new years. It wasn't the quietest (I could hear cars/traffic noise). But it also wasn't a party hotel. Be sure to take the time to lower the black out curtains and adjust the thermostat screen for better sleep. The suites were very large and updated. There is a little wear and tear. I saw some scuff marks on the walls. But overall it's a clean hotel. Upon check in they give you bottled water. Breakfast starts at 6am and it's complimentary. But if you have to head out earlier they have a couple brown bags breakfast to go! Inside was a bottle of water, a bagel, and an apple. The TV worked fine & had HBO (the guide button on the remote didn't work so it was kind of weird to have to find like four separate guides to determine what channel is to watch just by flicking the channel button up and down ). The bathroom was large with great counter space & a nice large shower (women will appreciate that it has a ledge for shaving legs). Bed was comfy with 4 pillows , room darkening blinds I loved . They have free typical breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, etc & the breakfast area is large and has a TV in it . Coffee is available in the lobby all day (but there is also a Starbucks on the right side of the hotel now just steps from the side door, and you are also next to a McDonald's and a Dunkin). Staff is friendly. The only issues I've ever had here were with check in as a Hilton Honors member, check-in has not gone smoothly, and my digital key has never worked here. This time I was almost checked in as a different guest and luckily, I knew I already had a hold on my credit card and that got figured out quickly. There is also a pool & gym. Free large parking lot. The hotel is 4 floors & used stairs easily (2 elevators). my only room issue this time around was the deadbolt did not latch. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
