Just two minutes after stepping out, I walked back in and was suddenly told we had to come back later. The communication was unprofessional, and the interaction itself was not kind. As a mother and daughter, it left us questioning whether we were being taken seriously as customers. We were ready to have two vehicles serviced one immediately and another scheduled- and had heard great things about your business, including your homemade air fresheners. Instead, we were dismissed without any attempt to keep our business. At the very least, you could have offered to schedule us or shown some effort to accommodate us. I don't mind paying more for good service, but I do expect to feel valued, and that did not happen here. First impressions matter. Being quoted, then turned away moments later, was frustrating and disappointing. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

It is definitely clean, but after riding in it for one day, I've noticed some areas that they missed. I paid for the platinum package which is $230 for a crossover vehicle. The interior is leather, and with two kids the seats had spills and splashes. While those splashes are gone, my seats do not look conditioned as the package advertises. I'm guessing conditioned means that a conditioning product is applied to leather, but there's no slight shine to it. So I'm unsure if that was done. The e-brake area still has debris under it, a lot of it. So I was a bit disappointed that it was overlooked or forgotten about. The back and sides of my seats still had a little bit of specks on them, which didn't seemed wiped down completely. Windows were clean inside and out, so that was a plus. Tires were shiny and rims were cleaned. Carpets were vacuumed and shampooed. Trunk mat and carpet underneath were cleaned and vacuumed. The main reason why I'm not doing 4 stars is because I called the day before and we agreed on 9 AM the next day. At 9:15 I called and left a message. A couple minutes later I got a text saying they were running behind and that the crew would call me shortly. Not long after that, they called me to let me know they would be there in 30 mins. They got here at 10, technically an hour after what I was expecting, and I would've preferred to have gotten a text or call letting me know they would be late, instead of me waiting 15 mins to call and see what was going on. An hour into the job, they let me know they have to go back and get some equipment they forgot. An hour later, they were back. By 2:30 they were finally done. The men worked hard and did an overall good job. My car wasn't squeaky clean to begin with, and it is definitely cleaner now. But I wish the owner/crew would've notified me about being late sooner, and that they had all the equipment they needed for the job. The pricing seems on par with detailers in the DMV, but for that price, I would've loved a little more attention to detail and getting here on time with everything they need for the job.

We swapped cars so I could still attend the event, and the following evening (Sunday, May 4, around 7-8 PM), my husband removed the flat tire from my Mercedes-Benz and brought it to the shop. While there, they offered him a deal to replace all four tires instead of just the one. He agreed and paid in full. We returned the next morning (Monday, May 5) with the actual car to have the remaining three tires installed. They took an unusually long time to complete the work, which we found odd at the time -- especially because it made me late to work. Later, it all made sense: they had scratched all four of my rims and were likely trying to figure out what to do or how to cover it up before returning the car to us. Once the work was finally done, I immediately noticed deep circular scratches on all four rims. While I already had a few minor marks, these new scratches were fresh, excessive, and clearly caused by their tire machine. My husband, who is a mechanic, pointed it out right away. It was also clear that if we hadn't noticed, they wouldn't have said a word about the damage. While discussing the rims, we also noticed that one of the tires didn't match the others -- and it was the wrong size. If the scratches hadn't caught our attention, we probably wouldn't have caught that mistake either. While that mismatched tire was off the car, the same worker tried to sand down one of the scratched rims, but just made it look even worse. We were eventually refunded and told they would replace the incorrect tire with the correct one. We followed up with them nearly every day, both calling and dropping by the shop to check if the right tire had come in. Each time, we were told they were "still working on it." To this day, we still haven't received the replacement tire. My husband decided not to pursue legal action over the rim damage, as it would've been too much hassle and back-and-forth -- and since he was already planning to replace the factory rims in the near future, it just wasn't worth the added stress. Still, this experience was careless, dishonest, and unprofessional from start to finish. From damaging all four rims, to installing a wrong-sized tire, to dragging out the follow-up and doing nothing, this shop showed no real accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone -- especially if you care about your vehicle or expect to be treated with integrity. Beware.

It's not worth getting robbed or gunned down by a stray bullet to get my car washed. That leaves this particular wash on the base at patuxent River. It was recently renovated but still features brushes. I would prefer that they had installed a touchless car wash. The lowest price wash here is 8 bucks. It does a poor job of rinsing and drying your car. My car was left with soap and water on after driving out as slowly as I could. All in all it's a disappointing purchase.
