Definitely don't recommend going to this Jiffy Lube. Every time you go in they try to up charge you and when you just want an oil change, they find other ways to take your money. For instance, a skid plate fee when I asked, why am I being charged about a skid plate fee they said well it has a spit skid plate. And you can access the oil filter without "removing the skid plate". Then I asked for a change interval of 5000 miles and they put the sticker on for only 3000 miles to try to get me in there sooner. Yeah not gonna go to this Jiffy Lube ever again. read more

over priced by a long shot paid 190 for a mobile one oil change on a voltzwagon atlas employee stated they vacuumed the floors and wiped the windshield too which never happened they also make there own windshield washer fluid that is incorrectly mixed breaking my cars ability to pump the fluid correctly and just to top off my experience when the employee told me that the vehicle was ready I asked for the Keys to which he replied with "the keys are inside unlocked vehicle running ready to go so you can just hop in and leave" so if anyone is interested in getting an over priced oil change and a broken windshield washer pump and potentially getting your car taken in the parking lot when they leave it idling this is the place for you read more

I got my oil changed and my filters done in no time at all. I was very pleased with the service. I was also informed that I needed my brakes done and should get my tires rotated. Normally I would just wait till I heard the brakes screaming and I had never gotten a tire rotation before. I was very happy to pay for this now to save me time and money in the long run. read more

SCAM Not a good experience. Its like a magic trick, they are trying to be so fast that you miss out on the important stuff. I pulled in the car myself into the bay. They gave me two options of oil, blended synthetic and full synthetic, the conventional was not even an option. I am use to Jiffy Lubes showing me the information on their computer with prices, but the person made me choose a oil type without discussing the price and use. I told this person who was giving me a total, that I had a coupon for $8 off. An $8 air filter cost me $27. Again these guys do not talk out the price for you. At the end of everything I paid about $95 for an oil change and airfilter. A second guys came to cash me out, when I told the first person about the coupon. This second person went through my bill like an "AUCTIONEER" (I couldnt understand him, he was speaking so fast) I saw my bill as I get out and realized that they didnt take $8 off. So I drove back and now a third guy is telling me that they will have to void my trasaction and redue the charge for the $8 off. "Oh and get this". They said it may take upto 3 or 4 days for that fully amount to come off my credit card (If you ever believe this statement from anyone, YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND. The way a credit card works, is that the charge isnt fully processed until the end of their day. In any credit card machine you can always refund upto the fully amount that was charged that day.) So instead of having these idiots run my credit card twice. I just let them gain that $8 for several posted reviews. NEVER GO TO THESE PLACES IF THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU PRICES UPFRONT AND HONOR COUPONS THAT THEY SPECIFICALLY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE. read more

I waited patiently to get air in my tires since I am a paying customer and I get asked do I want to drive my car in or do I want Aaron johnson to, I tell one of the hood techs that I'll pull it in myself than I see the other manager Eric snavely clap his hands and tell him we don't have time for this when Aaron was only doing his job.I don't appreciate someone who is trying to help me get clapped at by his co worker. Over priced for the work done. 3 days after I get my oils changed the plastic engine cover underneath starts dragging the ground. Seems they were more interested in up selling than performing the task at hand. After 5 min in the waiting room they wanted to do 1200$ worth of other work. Well lets see here... $30 oil change = $600 repairs due to the fact that they stripped my oil drain plug completely on the plug and the pan itself. Damage couldn't be repaired the pan had to be completely replaced. So due to the fact that the technician working on my car did not know not to super tighten the plug on my car we have massive repair costs. Be careful if you go here! I went in for an oil change and a brake check. First call informed me that the brake pads needed to be replaced. Second call informed me that rotors needed to be replaced. Third call informed me that the master cylinder needed to be replaced and that the car would be ready by cob on Tuesday. Tuesday I got a call that the wrong part was sent and that the repair would be complete Wednesday. I paid over $700 and immediately noticed that the car sounded and drove differently. When I decided to return, I noticed smoke coming from around a front wheel. I pulled over as it didn't feel safe to drive. 30 minutes later in spite of being just 5 minutes away two mechanics arrive. I followed my car in the mechanics vehicle and saw that the brake lights were on the entire time. Requested that the payment be voided and a ride to the rental car company. Payment was voided and I was given a ride to the rental company. Today I receive a call that the booster is also in need of replacement and that it made the brakes lock. I was offered 25% off the repair cost. I was also told by a mechanic that there is no corporate office to call. I made a complaint to corporate and the Better Business Burea. It is absolutely unacceptable to charge customers over $700 and send them home with malfunctioning brakes. Lesson learned. read more

Went there thinking I would just get a oil change for $69 dollars and walked out paying over $200. Was told that I had no back brakes which I have no idea how that could be true because I haven't had any problems stopping when braking and there has been no indication that there was a problem. I was told that I should at least change out the brake fluid that they said was low but wasn't able to just top off the fluid because it wasn't their fluid in my vehicle and it wasn't safe for me to drive with it being low. Against my better judgement I agreed to it and more then likely the brake fluid was probably not low or was it really changed out? Needless to say I will not being going back there because obviously they were taking advantage of a woman who came there alone and was a easy target to try and rip off which they did do! I only wanted a oil change and feel that I was totally deceived and ripped off. Will stick with NTW where I have never been taken advantage of or tried to be sold on something I don't need and being a brake and tire specialist I would believe they would be able to tell me if I have bad brakes! I had my oil changed here in Nov 2017. Unfortunately when they gave me my car back they left my oil cap off which resulted in all of my engine oil spilling all over my engine bay. Unfortunately I did not notice until after the busy Dec. holiday season (which consisted of me driving 10 hrs both way to see family). After the Dec. holiday travels I discovered their mistake since the engine began to overheat which created a poisonous gas smell from the oil cooking off. Most unfortunate problem is the poisonous gas circulated through my vehicle when I ran the heat. At first mildly undetectable but soon the odor caused alarm resulting in the discovery. The beginning of Jan 2018 I contacted Jiffy Lube management in California, MD to notify them of the issue and they brushed me off and chose not to notify anyone else of my situation. Finally I went in and spoke to a manager directly who said the general manager would contact me. 20 days later I still have not been contacted by the GM or reimbursed for their mistake as I asked!!! I have photos and receipts. I also showed the manager my engine bay covered in oil. In the end my engine oil was empty less than a month of servicing and my family and I (this includes a 3 yr old child) literally breathed in toxic fumes. Since I have not been contacted by local management I am now forced to contact corporate!! DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE!!! Will update as my issue gets resolved. read more

Read the reviews before going. New to the area, but familiar with the company and service, so going there was a no brainer. I knew exactly what my vehicle needed and what I wanted to pay for. All services provided in a quick, courteous, and professional manner. All services were completed at the level of skill expected and I requested to be allowed to check caps, levels, etc before driving away. Additionally, there were services offered some I accepted, others I turned down. When they do this it is because your mileage meets particular manufacturer benchmarks and should not be seen as a pushy upsell. They are trying to help u keep your vehicle in shape and serviceable. They also might not have your history on file if u dont go often. Bottom line, I found them providing the best possible service for my requirements. read more

Went to get my tires checked because my light was on. They did it immediately for free. Next day my check engine light came on. I went back since they were so nice. They checked the vehicle looked up some information on the computer. They were not able to fix it for me but gave me a lot of information and kept my vehicle overnight til l could get it to the dealer. Very nice and professional and did all this for nothing. Consistently fast and professional service. At my latest visit, they first provided a sheet listing findings of their initial inspection to show what services my vehicle needed. But no pressure to get other suggested services. When done, they held the door open for me and waved goodbye. Inside my vehicle, I found it thoroughly vacuumed. Most impressive: I had inadvertently left a $20 bill among items of mail on the passenger seat. But the JL worker who vacuumed the interior left the bill neatly folded on top of the stack of mail where I could find it. read more

This was my second time at this location. The first time it was great got an oil change and everything was great. I went last night.... I need an alignment and an oil change and I didn't get either after about 2hours of them having my car and still had to pay $86. I left with my oil leaking which wasn't when I got there, so I didn't have any work done to my car other then them breaking it... They said I had a crack in my housing and that someone took channel locks to it... They must of meant they took channel locks to it and they creaked my housing because first of all My father changed my housing in the beginning of July 2017. I have not had an oil change since and I have not had to put oil in my car either. That's two months of driving and they wanted to tell me that it was leaking oil when I came in. I'm sorry my father actually knows how to fix things and takes pride in his work.. Obviously you all need a lesson in how to actually do your job because I could of done it. I just didn't want to and I didn't mind paying someone else so I didn't have to but I will not being going back here. I advise no one should either. read more
