Recently i was in a car accident and out of work so my dumbass tried to save a few bucks and took my car elsewhere. Long story short my truck sounded like shit. So I did the only thing I knew to do. I called Tony at Platinum. He looked into it and found out alot of things were done wrong. He took the tine to speak to me about options giving ne a max price which he did not go over. He spent several days wrapping our wires that were wired wrong re installing everything properly. Then gave me advice on how to build the perfect system. And steps to take to get it done. When I picked my truck up dat bitch slapped sounded incredibly clear and crisp through every speaker. It was so loud and clear I decided I wanted more bass to go with the vocals. So his recommendation was swapped out the amp i had for the jbl. So I came back a few days later and had that done night and day difference. I will be going back to get more done. Their prices are more than reasonable but the craftsmanship and pride in their work is why I'd go back and recommend them to friends and family. They use high quality carbon tint with a lifetime warranty and stand by their work. They did two of my vehicles in one day and stuck to the timeline they estimated. I've had three other cars tinted in the past and this was the best experience, best value, and fastest turnaround. It was comparable if not better than the tint job on the last car I owned which was tinted for twice the cost at a large tint shop in Towson. They truly care about the work they do and it shows. When I arrived I was greeted by a man named Jordan, who was friendly & courteous. Jordan evaluated my windshield chip & told me flat out that not all repairs are successful and in the event they're unable to repair my cracked windshield, I still owe them $60 (made sense to me). The whole process took roughly 40 minutes & during my time waiting I learned more about what the business offers. The repair was successful & I was only charged $60. Competitively speaking, they're $50 cheaper than Safelite. When I checked out Safelite in Prince Frederick, they wanted $119 to repair my windshield.
