Her sense of humor made me feel so relaxed, which is rare for me in the doctor's office. Not for a single moment did I feel rushed while meeting with her, during both appointments. She listened to every single thing I wanted to discuss with her and gave me her honest, straightforward and knowledgeable opinion. Even the most uncomfortable portion of my appointment with her (the female exam) went great because she talked me through every step and even made jokes, to ease my discomfort. Another great thing is that Dr. Bansal isn't the kind of doctor that wants to solve all ailments with prescription drugs. They're always an option but she knows how to differentiate between necessity and frivolous prescribing, which I appreciate greatly. All in all, Dr. Bansal made me feel like I was dealing with nice, funny, honest and yet incredibly knowledgeable friend. She knew everything I asked her about and made me feel like all will be well.

There was this one time I called last minute for a physical exam for my CNA program. The lady helped squeezed me in for an appointment right before my turn in date. My most recent visit was another physical into my LVN program and they were booked until the next month. I told them I needed the physical sooner and the guy was so helpful he told me of a cancellation and asked if I wanted it, which I did! The waits can take from 10-15 minutes which isn't too bad considering how packed and busy they are most of the time. The staff are all very nice and friendly. The nurses took their time when they saw me and never rushed my visits. They paid attention to my concerns and explained certain conditions and medications to me. The male LVN that helped drew my blood for my physical was very nice and talked me through the process so I knew what he was doing the whole time while educating me about drawing blood and LVN related stuff. Nurse practitioner Kelava was also very nice! I've seen her twice and she was super friendly and knowledgeable. On two occasions, I came in with some health issue and she diagnosed me and prescribed me meds which help me a lot. Very great team of healthcare professionals :)

Dr. Mrgudich is my PCP, he referred me to the nephrologists. I refused because I believe no Drs could work better than Dr. Mrgudich for my situation. He spared no efforts to help me ,encourages me to fight my diseases. He's so patient, warm, very carefully consider my prescription. Finally, my microalbumin of urine decreased from 1800 to 200, eGFR and serum creatinine are improved as well. His manner and excellent service is always greatly appreciated.

What stood out to me most is how genuinely invested he is in my well-being he never rushes appointments and always goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. The staff in his office are also friendly, organized, and welcoming, which makes the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The pharmacy and 2 advice nurses from Kaiser Permanente of South San Francisco tried to contact Dr. Lee on 3 separate occasions in a span of 3 days with no response. Now it's a holiday (July 4th) and they said they wont hear from him till Monday -- in my mind, if that! Suffice it to say I am going on my vacation without my prescription. If any woman has traveled and gotten a UTI infection in a foreign country -- trying to get help is not easy. Not at all. I own my business and I pay for my own insurance at almost $400 a month. I hardly see the doctor. What the hell am I paying for?!! A person who's suppose to make my life healthier is making me distressed. I just needed the prescription filled -- answer your messages. He is an ok doctor. Its very apparent he doesn't prioritize patient care first. The way he measures…read morestress is based on three things: do you have a job, can you buy food and do you have a roof over your head. He seems to stick to those metrics alone. He seems unaware of sub factors like stress at work, ability to pay bills or actual housing situation. All other factors seem to be disregarded all together. Furthermore; having to write an evaluation or doctors note seems to be an inconvenience to him, also including irrelevant opinions based on how he feels unrelated to medical evaluation. He may be a good doctor for some but i encourage anyone to look elsewhere if they don't feel Dr. Hwang has their best medical interests in mind. I will cross post this to another review site as I fell it is important.

She doesn?t follow up with her patience and flat out told me not to bother emailing her for anything because she barely looks at her emails. Said it could take her more than 2 months to reply and she wasn?t kidding. I had an x-ray done on my foot and waited 2 weeks for her to follow up on my results. When I didn?t hear anything I reached out to her. Still nothing. Over a month later and various contact attempts I still don?t know what my results meant. I googled it my results but we all know how liable that is and I shouldn?t have to google my test results. She is not a good doctor and very negligent. Stay away if you want actual care.
