His skillset is beyond chiropractic medicine including cupping, shockwave therapy, myofascial, targeted exercises just to name a few. A few months ago, I was diagnosed with a severe case of frozen shoulder experiencing constant night pain and immobility. While physical therapy offered limited relief and surgery was not an option, Dr Andrew's comprehensive treatment approach incorporating shockwave therapy, cupping and targeted exercise made a remarkable impact on my condition. Within just a few sessions, my night pain went away and my mobility has improved significantly over the past couple of months. Dr. Andrew is compassionate and cares about his patients. He also has a cute and well- behaved pooch greeting patients. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew!

While Dr. Andrew's reputation obviously speaks for itself with these other glowing reviews, I felt…read morecompelled to add my own personal experience. Not only is he compassionate and professional but genuinely concerned about his patients' well-being and knowledgeable in his field. Recently, I experienced severe, acute neck pain and a horrible lingering migraine, waking up in pain and with almost no range of motion. Even simple things like driving or brushing my hair felt difficult and uncomfortable. Dr. Andrew was able to see me on short notice, and he really helped me with both my neck pain and my migraine. I had always assumed that my migraines were hormonal, but apparently, they can be caused by musculoskeletal issues. Specifically, he pinpointed a muscle located behind the lower part of my ear that was tight, and he taught me how to massage that spot to alleviate it. The following day, I honestly felt like my old self again, which was a huge relief. I also appreciated that he offers cupping therapy, which isn't always offered by all chiropractors. This was a really cool first-time experience for me, especially since I didn't know all its benefits. Another nice perk: He's got an adorable and friendly little dog who helps patients feel relaxed and at home. Dr. Andrew really goes above and beyond to take care of "the whole patient" and simple put, he's amazing at what he does.

His documentation was solid and we were very happy with the results. Few weeks ago, my parents came here to visit us from overseas. My dad had a really bad gout attack and could not walk (he was literally crawling out from his room in the morning). We took him in and the doctor managed to squeeze in a spot for him on the same day. We saw the doctor around lunch time. Simon was gentle and thorough. He does care and tailor the treatment to each family's situation, which we truly appreciated. After taking the prescription, my dad's symptoms were greatly improved on the same day and was fixed within 2 - 3 days! While waiting to see the doctors, my dad stroke few conversations with patients in the waiting area. It seems that the patients here are all very happy with Dr. Lee, which is really a good sign. One point deducted for the decore and small waiting area of the office. The practice gets very busy very quickly, so it may seem to be not very organized and could be a little chaotic. But if you can get pass that, the doctor himself is awesome. Also, Dr. Lee has a practice in SF as well. So he is in Burlingame location only part of the week. Staff and Dr. Lee speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

I am sure that I am not the first or the last customer who turns away from her rude, impatient & sarcastic attitude. She seems to forget that we are not in Hong Kong or China, that she can bark her sarcastic comments over the phone. Perhaps she thought that I could only speak Cantonese Chinese & I had no choice but to be submissive to her terrible customer service. In the SF Bay Area, there are many other Medical Spas with bilingual doctors, receptionists & customers. When my friend, who has paid thousands of dollars for several treatments, referred me to this Simon Med Spa, I was interested in trying it for 'self-pay' or out-of-pocket cosmetic treatments. Thanks to this rude receptionist, I will be spending my money at other medical spas, which understand the importance of customer service over the phone.

Dr. Evelyn Khoo is an amazing doctor…read more I haven't been able to find a Primary Care Physician since I left Peninsula Pediatrics when I was 18, and then bounced around out of state during college and grad school. Now that I am firmly planted back in Burlingame, it was important for me to find a great Physician for all my general care needs. I have been seeing Dr. Evelyn Khoo for the past 3 years and she has been able to address all my health concerns, address all my general check up needs - immunization shots, blood work, follow up with me about my medications that need to be refilled ect. I find her and basically everyone in the Mill Peninsula Medical Group to be super communicative through MyHealthOnline and I never have problems getting medications refilled or any of my lab result questions answered through MyHealthOnline. Fantastic experience :)

What really made me choose to drop her as my primary is that I had severe, unusual fatigue and exhaustion, came to her and described everything that was going on with me. I was so appalled by her lack of listening or care. I would avoid Dr. Khoo.

I'm only transferring to another doctor because he moved his practice out of the city and I don't want to travel to San Mateo every time I need to see him. My only negative comment is about the person he has answering his phone in San Mateo. Without exception, I have found her to be rude and extremely unhelpful. She just really does not want to help. Trying to get my records has been like hitting a blank wall. Final got some of them, but just gave up trying to get the images from my last MRI. It's a real difference from the team he has in the city, it's too bad.

He used SkinPen microneedling to address my skin, and I've noticed fading scars along with a more glowy complexion and less redness. I'm loving the results so far!! The procedures were painless, and he was even able to inject PRF into my more deeply pitted scars for extra rejuvenation. Beyond the microneedling through DrMedSpa, he's also helped treat the stiffness and aching in my neck with trigger point injections and acupuncture. I felt so relaxed afterward, and I've been pain-free since the injections. You can tell he has thorough medical training and real expertise with needle technique. Dr. Chen was incredibly educational and genuinely listens to my concerns. The staff was wonderful and amazing too, making sure I was comfortable and well-prepared before every procedure. I'm already looking forward to my next microneedling treatment. Highly recommend this office!

I arrived 30 minutes early for my first appointment, hoping they might accommodate me, but they were understandably busy. However, once my scheduled appointment time arrived, I was forced to wait an additional hour before being seen. During this 1.5-hour ordeal, I was shuffled between various rooms for no apparent reason, all while watching at least 15 other patients being cycled through to see the same doctor. Even worse, patients who arrived long after me were seen first. When I questioned the doctor about the delay, he offered a standard apology, claiming there was an "emergency." To make matters worse, the facility looks nothing like the pictures online. The actual clinic is flimsy, poorly maintained, and offers zero privacy--you can easily overhear other patients' confidential conversations. The entire operation feels like a money-driven hustle. Save your time and go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all cost!

From the first visit, Dr. Luu made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to listen and understand what was going on, and explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. His adjustments have made a big difference--my pain has improved a lot and I feel much more mobile than before. It's honestly been a huge relief. On top of that, he's very professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. You don't feel rushed, and he actually cares about helping you get better. Scheduling appointments was also super simple and convenient, which made it even easier to stay consistent with treatment. Overall, I'm really glad I found Infinity Spine Center. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Luu to anyone dealing with neck pain, back pain, a slipped disc, or just general discomfort. He knows what he's doing and makes the whole experience smooth and effective.
