I liked that there was no minimum spending and that someone comes 10 minutes prior to the end of your session to ask if you want to extend your time or not (I've been to places where they don't tell you and charge you extra). With that being said, I wished they had mic covers. Also, I did experience glitches with the machine - hence, the 4 star rating. Overall, you get what you pay for.
