The staff were nice, the karaoke machine was easy to navigate, and the rooms were comfy. Also the FOOD, omg!! Best food and drink options I've had at a karaoke place so far. My friends and I split some fried rice, salt and pepper popcorn chicken, and deep fried buns with condensed milk. I also got an iced mango black tea. It all hit the spot. When the owner (older man) realized we had outside drinks, he became extremely aggressive. He grabbed a microphone and swung it at us, tried to hit us with it. We felt unsafe and called the police. This goes beyond "rude service" -- it was threatening behavior. I'm writing this to warn others: if you care about safety, avoid this place.

Therefore, it is impossible to search for anything in English. Furthermore, the English song selection is missing huge numbers of popular songs - it seems they have only ordered karaoke mix packs including less popular songs from English artists. Not only is it extremely difficult to find English songs, but it is a very poor song menu. You're better off going to Gal Chae Karaoke a couple blocks away.

Warning: this is a chinese karaoke place, so don't expect the english song selection to be as much as you think it will be. So we ordered 2 drinks to cover that charge, which you'll probably need when you sing for 3 to 4 hours. They don't have a booze licence, which is a good thing since rooms don't smell.

There were two mics that were hanging on the wall. Unfortunately, no mic covers at this place. Since the mics aren't cordless, one got unplugged before we went in the room. We couldn't find the outlet behind the couch, and when I asked the guy at the front desk for help, he was kind and helped us out. He even noticed that my friend I came with who's Caucasian didn't know Korean, so he swapped out our keypad that had important buttons covered with English translations. Pretty decent selection of Kpop, Jpop, English songs, and some others. Tip: There were newer songs that I couldn't find in the book but were still in the system-- just do a search using the find by song title or artist function.
