The food was tasty and plentiful. I had the eggplant parmigiana. I asked it to be "heat" hot. When it came out, it was more like room temperature. I needed to send it back. Everyone else's food was fine. They don't have a kids menu, so we needed to navigate choices for the 2. The waiter and server were good. They knew exactly who ordered what. The inside of the restaurant appeared to be clean and the outside dining looked nice but overlooks and is next to the parking lot, but done nicely

Came here for a girls night. I literally live 2 mins away from here for the last 5yrs and never got to come here till tonight.. Just an FYI - we came here in a Wednesday around 6pm and it was ridiculously packed!!! Grace, who works at the front advised us to come after 7 so there is no wait time. One you walk in you are greeted kindly. The main area is a bit small so be prepared to stand. We waited for about 20 mins before getting seated. Solo Bella had an extensive menu. So, instead of going through it. We decided to take on the special which a 3 course dinner for 15 bucks! First off , you are served bread with olive oil - this was great and I love the addition of chopped olives in the oil! I order the salad, chicken parm, and cannoli. Our waitress was nice and got our orders to us fast. I wish she took our previous dishes away before serving us our different courses. I also wish she refilled our waters instead of us having to ask. As for our food, the salad tasted great, and fresh. The chicken parm was very good! The sauce had a lot of flavor and the chicken was cheesy and juicy! The cannoli was nice and crispy, and it tasted fresh. It wasn' t too sweet either, which I appreciate. Solo Bella is BYOB, we totally forgot to bring our own bottle! Also, bring cash! I think you can use a card but they charge extra when you use a card.

After our visit to Six Flags Safari we stopped by Solo Bella for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, delicious food, great ambiance and reasonable prices. I had the Penne a la vodka and my wife had the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti. They were both delicious and we had to take some home because the portions are big. They serve a complimentary garlic break with olive paste which is also delicious. Luckily we skipped the appetizers! I will definitely be back!

Pizza sauce was horrible. Ruined the entire pie. I've used better sauce from jars. Will not be returning.

I ordered the pork chop and I swear it melted in my mouth faster than my paycheck disappears on Amazon. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned so well I almost stood up and applauded in the middle of the restaurant. Then came dessert... the cannoli cake. Whoever invented that deserves their own national holiday. Out of this world doesn't even describe it. I took one bite and immediately started questioning every other dessert I've ever eaten in my life. The staff was awesome, the atmosphere was great, and honestly I'd probably fight a small bear for another slice of that cake.

Many of our friends have recommended Clarizio's to us but every time we gave thought about coming it has been particularly difficult to get a reservation on a Saturday night. I was working late on Saturday, so I was unaware that my husband was able to make a reservation for 8:30PM. Reservations are not made through Open Table. Instead, Clarizio's website send you to another site called Resy to make a reservation. What was shocking and disappointing is that Clarizio's hold your credit card number to secure the reservation and if you don't show a $25 fee is charged. My husband was so worried that they were going to count us as a no show because we were running a little late. He even tried to call to inform them that we were running late, but no one answered the phone. Luckily, Clarizio's called us because we were about 10 min late to inquire our whereabouts and we had just turned into the restaurant parking lot. Upon arrival, the hostess took us to a table set for 2 in a crowded dining room with all other tables holding large parties. Although it was crowded it did not take away anything from our wonderful dining experience! Our waiter John P was extremely nice and helpful especially after he learned that it was our first time dining here. Unfortunately, I was unaware that it was BYOB because I was working and was unable to check the website. Our waiter John eased our minds by saying that it was okay and that we would have to rely on their food to make a good impression. That certainly was no disappointment! Our food was so terrific, that we cannot wait to return and taste so many other delicious sounding items on their menu. John also told us that unless we have huge appetites, their entree portions were large enough to share. We were glad to take John's suggestion and shared the Zuppa di Pesce which was plentiful of shellfish in a tomato broth over angel hair pasta. We have had this dish in many other Italian restaurants and this was one of the best! This entree also came with one salad and I asked for an extra salad for me since we were sharing the entree. Not to go unnoticed was the crunchy outside and soft inside delicious bread. For dessert, we shared the Tiramisu suggested by John as it was his personal favorite. It was so light and flavorful that we too could make it our personal favorite! All in all this was a fabulous dining experience and I highly recommend this restaurant! Next time though, I will remember to bring a bottle of wine.

Last night my family & I popped in for dinner at Luisa's after taking the kids to Climb Zone in Howell. Sal, the owner, took care of us & could not have been nicer. Kids had pizza & fried calamari which were both very good, but he made my wife & I grilled octupus & a sea bass that were both literally incredible. Very fresh, cooked perfectly and very reasonably priced. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot , we can see through the windows and so I'm sitting in the car , none of the employees have their masks on, the guy is eating behind the counter and licking his fingers , next to another guy who is making a pizza ,which is such a turn off for me , I didn't even want to get my food but because I had ordered it online it was already paid. Therefore sanitary I would give that a 0 since that's a big Disgust in the food industry , at least eat on the side not in the kitchen area where food is being prepared. When I went to eat the pizza my blue cheese that I got in the side was hot and gross from sitting on top of the pizza oven but whatever I wasn't gonna stress over that as my main concern was my pizza didn't even look fully cooked as the cheese wasn't fully melted in the center but yet the crust was hard. As for the flavor it could of tasted better , it tasted kinda blan for a buffalo chicken pizza, I was super disappointed especially since I've been looking forward to it for some time now. Especially since it costed $21 which is a lot of money for a pizza. I will not recommend coming here for any specialty pizza that's for sure. I would not come back to disappointing :/

Very cool that Venue 618 was the only NJ restaurant to make the recent Yelp Top 100 restaurants in the US. Sitting at the bar, we were served by Zoey, Steve, and Mike. They've re-done their cocktail menu to include beautiful color illustrations. I enjoyed "One in a Melon," a well-balanced whiskey cocktail with Frank August small batch bourbon, melon, poblano pepper, Aperol, and lime. This was followed by a tasty whiskey sour. My wife ordered a Lemon Drop martini, followed by a decadent chocolate-pistachio dessert martini. All of the cocktails were well-balanced and delicious. On the food side, I munched on a baked macaroni & cheese with chorizo. It was perfect! The Death of Hospitality brand thrives on personalization and unexpected surprises. Mixologist Steve, realizing that I'm a whiskey afficionado, surprised me with a small pour of Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel bourbon. This is a difficult bottle to find in New Jersey. Rock Hill Farms was incredible, with a super long finish. Thanks for the memories 618!
