Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!

I've had them out for years- twice or more for cleaning gutters- and now, finally, for cleaning my windows and sun screens. The windows were cleaned inside and out. The screens were removed, washed, dried, and conditioned to make them nice and shiny again. I had never had my windows professionally cleaned before I had been wanting to hire Five Star Window And Gutter cleaners for it for years. The home insurance "fixed" the issue by installing a fan booster. It never worked even when they came back to recheck the booster. Juan came over and found the issue almost right away. The wiring from the AC unit was never connected to the fan boosters!!!! In 2 years we've have 4 other HVAC companies come and tell us we needed a whole new system, which would have cost us 20k. Juan was so great and honest. They've definitely earned our trust.

On site, the design and install team did a great job keeping things simple. The entire system, including battery and thirteen panels, was installed according to Ramiros's expert design within just four hours. Good quality hardware was used to tie to the roof, which was inspected by our roofer and given a big thumbs up for not causing problems. But even before that, David our site survey tech, gave us the sense that all would proceed well, as he collected necessary data by drone, and made a favorable first impression with his personable approach. Toward the end of the multi-month process, which included time to get a new roof installed, we passed city inspection with YES tech, Dario, an extremely courteous young man, present to ensure we made it through that last step and PTO (permission to operate). YES has an excellent and well-deserved reputation because of these people and others who worked on our behalf. The company can do better automating some of the process, and to be fair, they say they are working on transitioning to a CRM software solution for this purpose. But, I can say that over a period of several months, I had excellent communication with many helpful people. Skyler in customer service was my primary contact and that made all the difference. My thanks to YES for helping us make this wonderful and complex project a reality. We love our new YES-backed system and look forward to working with the company again in the future.

Jeff…read moreeven took before and after photos for me so I could see the difference and believe me there was a huge difference! I got a good value as they only charged me $99! Not bad for 10 panels, only $10 a panel which I felt was very fair. The entire job took them about a hour and a half and that was in some very hot weather too! I requested a service quote here on Yelp and was charged exactly as I was quoted for the service. I requested that they cleaned the 10 Solar panels and look for evidence of birds nesting under the panels. They found no evidence of birds nesting. Check out my photos as they speak for themselves!
