The other was at the back where the the downspout and elbow connector had fallen off. Both were on the second story, so I needed an expert to work on them. I made contact through text and sent pictures and was able to set up an appointment quickly. The owner, Mark Gibson arrived promptly, quickly assessed the work and suggested the gutters also be cleaned. I agreed and he addressed all the issues.
