Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!

Upon completion, there was quite a few areas that still had a fair amount of moss on the roof line so they certainly did not accomplish what I initially wanted. They explained that they treated the moss and then it would eventually dissipate overtime during additional rain storms. Overall I think they did a good job with power washing the house cleaning the windows and power washing the driveway, but the moss remains on the roof and still looks undesirable. We called them back indicated that it would be an additional $1400 to power wash the moss off and rinse the house down again. I should've simply allowed my own employees to do the whole thing and do it thoroughly. Now I have to go back and power wash specific areas of the roof line in order to get the desired results. being a service industry, you really want the people you work with willing to go the extra mile to create a level of customer satisfaction. Bottom line is, buyer beware!!!!

I called Mic Cleaning, and they were immediately responsive, explained their services, gave me a quote on the phone based off my address, and scheduled a service for me within a week. They took amazing photos and videos of before and after to provide to my insurance provider. In addition, after they were done they reduced the original quote by $300 because it wasn't as much moss as they were expecting. They totally could have kept the $300 and got away with that, I would not have known better. That is called integrity, which is hard to come by when it comes to money.
