Replaced the leaking furnance roof flashing as needed and 7 other pipe flashings and painted them as needed for preventative maintenance.. other work completed was removal of the valley tiles and cleaning out the leaves. Afterwards a power washing of the roof and cleaning of the property before leaving. Let's put it this way this is an honest roofing contractor. I am a retired B General contractor with 40 years experience I only hire subcontractors that I can trust hands down! I had a few estimates that said permit was optional, which made me feel a little uneasy. They took care of the replacing the roof, repairing some dry rot, and installing new gutters. The dry rot repair was extra an $400; unfortunate, but not unreasonable. They started work a week after I accepted the estimate. Work started on Friday and they were done by Tuesday the following week. I had no issues throughout the process. This rental property is over an hour from my house, so we did the entire transaction via email, phone, and text message. Payment was made through Zelle and by check, deposited directly into their account; no need for me to drive an hour to the job site to pay them. Overall, I loved their promptness, their ability get the job done quickly, and their flexibility in payment options. Really good experience. They were here all the following week which was not the plan. 1. They cut a wire to my Bay Alarm security system and damaged several connection points. 2. They broke the transformer to my landscape lighting. 3. They painted over the cobwebs in my breezeway. 4. They left my 50 ft. garden hose in knots. 5. They broke the latch on my front gate. Anna and Janeina (I believe those were their names) were professional, polite, and worked hard. With about six hours to clean an entire house, I feel they did their best. A few areas could have been more thorough, and I do wish a motorized cleaning brush/tool had been used for deeper cleaning in the bathrooms and kitchen, as I've heard other services do. Still, overall, the cleaning was solid. During a quick walkthrough after they left, I noticed one of my stove lights was broken/missing. I'm certain it was working prior to their visit, as I use it daily. I contacted Jany immediately, and she said the cleaners were unaware of it but had no problem covering the repair. I found the replacement part online ($37.50) and sent her the link. Since then, I've sent several follow-up messages regarding the replacement but have received no response. I can see my messages were read, yet Jany has gone completely silent, which is especially frustrating given that she initially acknowledged the issue. After finding her Yelp page, I realized I was not alone--other reviewers have mentioned similar issues with follow-through and communication when problems arise. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this before booking. I based my decision solely on a friend's recommendation and Jany's Instagram page, which is filled with glowing reviews only because it's controlled by Jany herself. Because this was my first time trusting a house cleaning service, this experience felt especially disappointing and left me feeling let down. The cleaners themselves were great but their manager Jany ruined this experience. I would be cautious using this company due to the lack of follow-through and communication if something goes wrong.
