Specialties
At SOLID Golf, we combine technology with proven coaching methods to help you play your best golf. Every lesson starts with a clear assessment using launch monitor data and video analysis — no guesswork, just real numbers that show where you stand and what to work on.
Our specialties include:
Ball-striking and contact: build a repeatable, efficient swing with solid fundamentals
Short game: chipping, pitching, bunker play, and distance control around the greens
Putting: fundamentals, speed control, and green reading
Course strategy: think your way around the course and make smarter decisions under pressure
Playing lessons: real-game coaching on the course — strategy, club selection, and mental approach
Whether you're picking up a club for the first time or chasing a lower handicap, every session is tailored to your level and goals. No one-size-fits-all instruction, no technical overload. You'll leave every lesson with clear, actionable steps you can practice on your own.

History
Established in 2022.
SOLID Golf was founded in 2022 by Ignacio Cambiaso, a PGTAA Master Professional and scratch amateur golfer from Chile. After years of competing and coaching, Ignacio brought his passion for the game to the Bay Area, setting up at Cypress Golf Driving Range in Colma. What started as private lessons has grown into a full coaching program with individual sessions, playing lessons, and multi-lesson packages.
Meet the Business Owner: Ignacio C.
Hey, I'm Ignacio — a PGTAA Master Professional, launch monitor certified, and scratch amateur golfer originally from Chile. I've played competitively my whole life and now I channel that experience into coaching. My approach is simple: clear fundamentals, real data, and drills you can actually practice. I teach at Cypress Golf Driving Range and I'm out there almost every day — either coaching or working on my own game. Let's get to work.
