But sharing this because I would have known not to purchase if I had seen anything on yelp to warn me. I looked and all positive reviews. And goes without saying that I haven't received a refund.

I will not be communicating further regarding this matter." I respect policies. And my second email was, indeed Me requesting an honest exception to the policy. It was denied. That didn't surprise me. What surprised me was the tone, which felt unnecessarily dismissive for a first-time client sincerely trying to correct a mistake and build a long-term coaching relationship. A $295 loss for a simple scheduling error is significant, and I was hoping for a more understanding and human exchange. Others may have a different experience, and Lisa may be a strong instructor, but those who value supportive and empathetic communication may want to be aware of how scheduling matters are handled here.

We liked his style of coaching and his explanations made a lot of sense. We felt so comfortable with him that we signed up for 12 hours of semi-private lessons with him on the spot. We are still his students. Forget the text book techniques. Mitch can evaluate you and offer tips and help to improve your golf game for sure. I've told Mitch over and over that I can use a mini-Mitch when I'm on the course. He's the best. I didn't realize how good he was until I read his bio weeks into our lessons. I'm glad. Hopped on the website late Saturday Night and booked our first session for 9am Sunday. Hungover and itchy, we gathered ourselves and showed up promptly at 9AM. Semi-excited and with half expectations, we waited. We waited. We waited in the rain. Dryvebox was a no show. Luckily Winston from Lincoln Golf Course was around to let us know dryvebox didn't show up today. What a freaking bummer. What a flapping disappointment. I contacted dryvebox via fb, email and voicemail. After leaving a voicemail, I got a call back in less than 30 seconds. Within 5 minutes we were already set up with a new tee time. Was my first experience with dryvebox perfect? No. But if you reach out to their customer service and be patient. They will make the situation right for you and your tee mates. When I eventually noticed and contacted them, management confirmed they had received my cancellation and admitted the charges were a mistake. I was promised a refund and later agreed to receive it in monthly installments after being told that was the only way they could process it. The first refund was supposed to be issued in mid-January, but it never came through. I followed up by email and phone, and I've received no response. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, missed commitments, and silence afterward are what really concern me. I would recommend being very cautious and keeping detailed records if you choose to do business here.
