I highly recommend working with her because of the following: 1) Attention to detail (In 2 sessions she knew exactly what my physical limits were and built workouts to help me learn better form and build my body in a healthy and manageable way) 2) Undivided attention (I never had her look at her phone or talk to someone else during our sessions, she's always 100% attentive to you, and that's something I really appreciate) 3) Nutrition mentoring (I don't eat unhealthy things, but Dallas made me realize foods that were better alternatives and which ones I should stay away from in order to achieve a better workout and achieve the physique I wanted. She'll never shame you for indulging in sweets or carbs either, which I'm definitely grateful for) 4) Knows when you push you and when to rest (I used to always get sick after high intensity workout classes and could never get through group sessions, but Dallas made workouts that challenged me without overextending my body. I always leave Next Level Fitness knowing my body was pushed to its limits in a healthy way) 5) Fun workouts that are engaging and different! (Honestly I would be the last person to say this, but dare I say that workouts now are actually fun?! Whether we're doing floor exercises, stuff on a machine or weights, I never know what's coming next. If you're like me and always wanted to try new things at the gym but didn't know how, Dallas will definitely build your confidence and get you excited about challenging yourself!) Since the first day, the owner Jack has always remembered my name and greets you when you come and when you leave. No matter who's in the gym you always feel so welcomed, which I can't say for anywhere else I've been! For COVID procedures, I felt that they took good precautions to make sure the safety of everyone is prioritized. Next Level Fitness makes sure to have a certain number of people in the gym at all times and the trainer wipes down everything as soon as you've used it. If you prefer the trainer to wear a mask they can. Just some extra brownie points: The gym playlist is ALWAYS poppin' and the bathrooms are SERIOUSLY amazing. The luxurious feel when you step into this gym is unlike any other, which is so weird to say because it's a GYM! You definitely get your money's worth and coming here is absolutely an enjoyable and fun experience, so don't hesitate and try this place out!

The workouts are different every day and are fun, well-rounded combinations of calisthenics, cardio, and weighted stuff. The coaches demonstrate the exercises (plus modifications) at the start of class, so it feels doable for everyone. And if there's something you can't do, chances are you're not alone! I've been coming here for 9-ish years and have seen athletes of all levels join FFN. Some are new, some are injured, some are pregnant, all have a place. I really like how the coaches get to know each member's skill and comfort level over time--if you want to push yourself, they'll gladly help you do it (safely)! I just started going to their Barbell Club classes (strength training), which I'm not great at yet. There are people lifting HEAVY weights around me while I'm still learning form, but I feel really encouraged by them. It's been a fun new challenge! You'll get out what you put into this place. And I've got a forever-gym, great friends, and a fitness routine that supports my goals. Just come :) it'll be fun.

One of the best Core/Glute/Back workouts I've had in a long time . Everything was 5stars , starting with my call prior to arriving , greeting in studio , tour, explanation of workouts before the class had started and my instructor Sammy was high energy the entire class and oh how I needed that . After class our instructor also spent time showing the 2 new folks asking how we felt and demonstrating a move for us on the machine. The reformer machines used in studio are by far my favorite . The front low bar used for plank up/downs/ was awesome ! There's even a storage space under reformer for dumbbells , stability bar as well as other fun equipment used in class. It was nice having everything all in one space. The hands on corrections were helpful . They've got the "pit" to stash your stuff under the reformer or lockers. No showers , but bathrooms are large enough for quick changes and are stocked with amenities. They also have a separate vanity area in a shared space. The music is loud & the room has a dark club feel with fun lighting . Loved the vibe of the entire studio. Very clean. Pro tip : If you sweat as much as I do , bring a sweat towel & grip socks. Arrive 10min early . Parking is open and easy daytime and I had no issues but I'm sure evenings can be difficult due to this high traffic location , I recommend uber or Lyft when possible in evenings . I will be back ! Challenge accepted !

The space has two rooms -- one for warm classes and one for the "hot hot" classes -- plus showers and all the amenities you'd want if you're coming straight from work or a workout. I got there early (shocking, I know ), and the instructor was so kind -- she unlocked the door, let me hang out, and even gave me a little tour. The space feels super welcoming and laid-back, not pretentious at all. They've got really cute merch too -- think comfy tees and tanks you actually want to wear outside the studio. I took a hot yoga class, and it was fantastic. My instructor led a spine series that had me feeling brand new. She knew her stuff and gave great cues. Booking through ClassPass was super easy, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. My only (tiny) gripe: they turn the bright lights on for most of the class, which kind of threw off the moody, ambient vibe they had going at the start and end. That lighting at the beginning and end? Perfection. I wish they'd kept that throughout. I also prefer louder music for flows , vinyasa , and buti type classes. Other than that -- 10/10 experience. I'd absolutely come back. This studio has heart, great energy, and instructors who clearly care about what they're doing.
