Well, I experienced some discomfort in the ball of my foot and decided to check out shoes that might be better than to "off the rack" Amazon Ascics I am accustomed to. They assess my gait and recommend a shoe for that style. Saucony is the brand I selected at roughly 2x the cost of Amazon but a WORLD of difference in performance. These sneakers are cushioned and have more control. After 2 rest days and wearing I am pain/discomfort free. No judgement here, even though I don't look like a seasoned running guy. It's a small shop in the King of Prussia Mall and for all that they've got a pretty good selection and can order more if they don't have in the colors or particular size you need. more importantly the staff are friendly, knowledgeable not just about their stock but also what is going on with the company. If they don't have what you're looking for they can explain why or when it should be found all of which leaves you with the feeling they really want you to be happy with your purchase. Yes the shoes can be a little expensive but for style, comfort and long wear, they just can't be beat.

I mean new balance 880 guy but it was just introduced to the Brooks ghost. They're so soft in my feet! All the staff practice Covid protocol and are strict about enforcing saftey guidelines. The staff is super helpful because not only do they measure your feet every time, they also provide multiple items for you to try and encourage you to walk around or outside for the best feel or fit. It takes a little getting used to, because the average sneaker store doesn't do that, but they are traditional/old-school. I love it! One observation is their prices aren't listed so you got to be careful because it's easy to spend a lot of money quickly. However, i've never returned, second guest, or was unhappy about anything. After I wore them, I realized they really did not fit me properly. I also did not have the box anymore. But I decided to go to the store and ask if there was anything they could do for me. I was very pleasantly surprised that they immediately said they would offer me a credit or an exchange . They didn't ask me any questions. They just said they would take the shoes back. I selected the same shoes and a half size larger and they are working out really well. This is an excellent example of how customer service should work. With that being said, this review is about Aly. Every lululemon employee is exceptional however Aly is completely above and beyond. I told her I was looking for an outfit to meet my boyfriend's family in since I forgot my clothes at home in Virginia and she was so helpful throughout the whole process. She made sure to listen and understand what I wanted to wear-preferences, colors, size, fit, etc. In addition, she was more than happy to tell me what she thought of each item and outfit-she even helped me with putting together an outfit if I couldn't quite figure out the right thing. Aly also brought different items she felt I would like and would fit well on me, most of which I really liked as well. Not only did she treat me with such excellent customer service but every other person in there was treated with this same service.
