The owner wasn't there, the person who was behind the desk was nice enough but clearly did not know too much about antiques or anything like that. I found some items I liked and intended to pay for them, they didn't have prices listed so I took them up to the employee. They spent like ten minutes just holding the first one and looking something up on their phone, presumably the Google average price for an item of that kind, which is of course a completely unreliable way to price an unidentifiable antique. The prices they told me they estimated for the items were a bit over-the-top but not necessarily unreasonable if they were actually of any confirmed value. But there was no evidence of date or proof of origin, so for all I know the thing I wanted could have been a papier-mâché craft made in someone's basement two weeks ago. Just not worth the risk in my opinion. So yeah, I left without buying anything. The selections seemed cool and I appreciate the employee trying to help to the best of their ability, but I don't like gambling when it comes to things like antiques.

I'm not as happy with the service department. My first few services were uneventful, but the last one was disappointing. I spent almost $1,000 for the 12k service, rear brake pads, state inspection, and mounting of two tires that I brought in with me. 34 miles into my first ride after service I saw a pool of oil on the asphalt when I stopped, and oil splattered all over the right side of the bike and my right pants leg and boot. Brought it back (1.5 hours each way and $50 gas and tolls round trip). Service manager tried to get me to believe that they were suddenly having an issue with *faulty* head gaskets. I knew he was trying to keep the heat off his shop, so I then spoke directly with the mechanic who worked on my bike and he acknowledged that the real problem was improper installation of two o-rings, which is where all the oil leaked from. I understand that any one of us can make a mistake, but I was disappointed that the service manager did not offer some remuneration of the nearly $1,000 that I paid, especially since I had to make an extra (expensive) trip to have them fix their own error. Heck, I didn't even get an apology or an offer of a free oil change. Fortunately for me, a dealer much closer to me has started selling Piaggio products, so I no longer have to make the long drive to this dealership who cannot be counted on.

Every person who I dealt with (Mark, other Mark, Jeremy, Cyndi, and Tracy) were genuinely friendly and helpful. My bike was ready when I took delivery, and I was walked through all of the functions of my new bike. Meanwhile, my boyfriend needed a link removed from his watch and he decided to try Kerkula's Jewelry, due to its 5.0 Google rating. After he called to confirm that they would be able to help, he told me that he believed the man he spoke to was black! I was very intrigued and decided to tag along. I dropped off several pieces and they were complete in less than a week! The work looks good, the pricing was fair and the customer service was top notch. They even agreed to meet my boyfriend outside of the shop to deliver his watch due to his work schedule and the tight turnaround he requested!
