I ponder the menu, it's a decent sized menu, with a good amount of items I decided to go for my old standby, the poutine. I put in my order, and he brings it back quick. It was a decent portion. The fries were well seasoned, crispy on the outside, yet tender on the inside. They were very good. The gravy. Was just the right texture. Not too thin, and not too thick. It was a good quality gravy. It had a deep rich flavor. The one problem, is that there was a very small amount of the cheese curds. They were basically not even the full cheese curds, just little chunks here and there. What cheese curd I got was good, there just was hardly any of it. Let's face it. Poutine without cheese curds is just "gravy fries." Even though there was hardly any of the cheese, curds, overall, it was still a good meal. I left stuffed. Poutine and a soda, the price was reasonable. I would like to try some of the other items on the menu. Thanks.

In the past several years it has been my go-to for great burgers and other food they offer, especially the burgers. My most recent visit was very disappointing as I ordered carryout for myself and my brother. He ordered the Ruben sandwich and I had the Jalapeno bacon burger. For the first time in several years neither my brother or I could eat the sandwich. They were dry as sawdust. We had to through them away. To say the least I don't think we'll be back.

The food is always top notch! Today I enjoyed a Red Osier roast beef sandwich which could have served two people- the meat was medium & tender served with a jus and horseradish. The ambiance is pub like- warm, friendly and comfortable. I plan to visit again soon- I saw a dinner option that Zi simply must try!

So she leaves. They were busy, but they only had two servers covering the entire restaurant I was ready to order just a couple of minutes later, and my server never came back. I waited, I even tried to wave down the other server. She just looked at me and walked away. She didn't even bother to tell my server that I was ready to order or that I needed something. Not only that, but the prices were pretty ridiculous. $18 for a simple Cuban sandwich? Not including something to drink? Instead, we were met with pure hostilty from the moment we crossed the threshold--all because one of my buddies, a veteran, had his legitimate service dog with him. They made it blatantly obvious that we were unwelcome, treating us like a hassle rather than paying customers. The staff's tone was nasty, condescending, and completely unprovoked.
