Come here! It's a cheap, deep tissue massage with no appointment necessary! I always forget about this place existing but it's amazing. Clothes on, they massage you fro head to toe with some feet soaking in there too. It's one giant room with lots of beds but you keep your clothes on so it's not intimidating at all. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!! read more

I LOVE Sole Therapy! It's a great place to go to get an incredibly cheap and effective foot and body massage. 35.00 gets you an amazing little massage..starting with your head and then moving down to the feet and calves. Then you'll turn over and have a REALLY nice and deep massage from your neck down to your calves. It can be pretty intense at times, so if you are sensitive, I suggest letting them know beforehand. Totally relaxing and gets the circulation moving! The space isn't the GREATEST...The lobby is right outside the...massage room, so if loud groups walk by or someone bursts through the front door and talks above a whisper, you'll hear it. I do like the SUPER cheesy music that they play...I heard what I THINK was supposed to be a flute version of "everything I do...I do it for you", " i will always love you", and many other...romantic ? tunes. They play the same soundtrack @ Romi's nail salon too..which is always a big selling point for me when I go there. ** I DO prefer to bring a sleep mask to cover my eyes while I am having my treatment. Wear loose and comfortable clothing and be prepared to RELAX! xoxoxo read more

I received a gift certificate for my birthday from a friend ... Best gift ever! It was 60 minutes of head to toe awesome! I didn't want it to end! I'll definitely be back again! read more

What a bargain for top notch quality service. 60 minutes for only $35 and the result tops those $200/hour sessions from fancy spas around the world. I just relocated to Dallas from Canada. This will be my new go to place for full body and foot massage in town. I frequent massage/spas during my globetrotting in Japan, China, Thailand, US and Canada with various experience and style from different practitioners. This experience with Peter is ranked in top 3. He worked tirelessly through my work abused body. My knots at neck shoulder lower back due to desk work is bad enough that elbows just won't do anymore. Peter had to use his weight on his knee trying to work my gnarly knots loose. (Yeah, I had to have masseuse walk on my back before in Asia....). He's exhausted after giving me the most effective and relaxing body massage in almost half of a year. Take a bow Peter. You have a returning customer for life. (As long as I'm still in Dallas...) At last. This is no 5 spar spa. My review is not about the ambience, the aroma, the pampering experience you get in resorts. My review is about how good the actual massage is. At only $35??!! I still can't wrap my mind around how good a deal this is. read more

I've tried a lot of massage places from chains to top hotel spas but was actually pleasantly surprised when I came here. My usual pick is hard to get an appointment at but the hours here work well with my odd work schedule. I was initially skeptical when my boyfriend brought up the idea. I really thought it would just be someone pinching my feet uncomfortably. It IS a giant public shared space so make sure you turn off your phone and don't yell in the waiting area. It's cold sometimes so I prefer to wear sweat pants and a t shirt or long t. Once I wore shorts and they have to keep draping your crotch area. It's really just luck when it comes to your therapist unless you ask them their names. The one time I actually did not enjoy the massage was when the guy was severely congested or something and kept breathing heavily out of his mouth. His massage was also way too light, I felt like he just put lotion on my skin for an hour. But, this was later at night and he was probably tired. I stand on my feet all day and it has helped me a lot to come here 2 ish times a week when time permits. It's not expensive, convenient but may not be for everyone. They are very respectful of your lady bits and ask if you're okay if they intensify the massage. Everyone has a different "style" and is seen them all frequently use hand sanitizer. The shared room is dark and the music is relaxing but sometimes people talk (coworkers, receptionist). Overall, I really like this place. read more

This place is a hidden gem! It is a reflexology place; however, they will massage your back too! Where this place differs from most massage places is that you will keep your clothes on. This makes the experience much more in-and-out. Also, compared to most massages, I usually feel super energized after leaving. I have always done a walk-in, but a lot of people do call for reservations. read more

I was recommended to this place by a friend. I've only been the one time but it was great. The full body reflexology and massage was amazing. I think I fell asleep at some point. I did not want it to end. I will totally be back. read more

I love this place. Been coming here for years. The price is something you can't beat. They do a great job. Very clean. Would highly recommend! read more

Could not believe this place delivered one of the best massages of my life( even fully clothed)! I am still talking about my massage with Jack. I like deep tissue / sports massage. I was feeling like a new person when I left. Not to mention I was a walk in. On business trip worked late hours which was perfect I got a 8pm massage -I slept like a baby. read more

Great massage place that is cheap and has better value than normal massage places. I gave it four stars because the guys at the front desk (probably owner) is not very friendly. Also, try to give the masseuse a good tip, they probably don't get paid much. read more

PROS: The massage technique was awesome! They get right down to business with the massage and afterwards I had a lot less backpain. CONS: Don't go for the ambience though, b/c there is none. Think factory style massage, bring your own mp3 player to avoid hearing the akward sighs of ecstasy from the person getting a massage in the chair next to yours. Also the phone rings incessantly so beware! My massage therapist was the woman who also doubled as the house secretary and cashier. Everytime the phone rang she would stop the massage to answer it. Also someone else in that room smelled like foot so that was slightly bothersome. I'm still going back because the bottom line is whatever they did MY SORE BACK FELT A LOT BETTER. The chinese have developed their technique for thousands of years, if you want authentic holistic stuff here it is, no fancy fluff. Bring your mp3 player though, seriously. read more

This place was great. I didn't think it would be this good considering you are fully dressed, but I was so wrong! A full body massage for $35 is a steal, especially with the attention and work they do. You will not be disappointed. I will be going back as soon as I can. This place is addicting. Go treat yourself! Seriously it's only $35! Just go!:) read more

Holy cow. This is literally the best massage I've ever gotten and is half the price of any of the other places I've ever gone. I tense up at work a lot in my shoulder area and I just had the MOST pain in my back last week so I swung by here after work for the back special. It was the BEST, perfect amount of pressure and just have felt all around good in my back since then. When you're reading these reviews I assure you my friends, they mean what they have typed. I haven't tried out any of the other massages, but I can for sure say this will be a stop on my way home from work many times each year. read more

Great place and great price. You should know it's a shared room with room dividers to separate but it shouldn't bother you.

This place is a gold mind. I come here almost every week. I wish I could hire my own personal therapist for my back.

Hell yes! A friend told me to just walk in and I would get the greatest, weirdest massage I've ever had. So I was expecting weird, but what I got was cool, different and incredible! Peter was wonderful and I cannot wait to go back. I don't want to spoil the fun, so just go and see. The best massage for the money! Going back today! read more

By far the best, affordable reflexology massage I've had in dallas. I will be coming back over and over. My husband and I each got the 60-min back special, and it was awesome. They massage you, stretch you, knead you, twist you, rub your tight spots and even use hot stones!! It was exactly what we needed. Let's just be clear though about what to expect. It's not a spa atmosphere. You're in a room with other tables. You'll keep your clothes on. Expect them to put hands down the back of your shirt to massage your shoulders and lift your shirt to reach your lower back muscles. And expect it to be rough. But you can also expect to leave feeling so much less tense and with less pain. I highly recommend! read more

Holy cow. Go in tired and in pain, come out fresh and new. Do not miss this. These guys don't just massage, they work out all of the knots and sores and stiffness. They toss you around and stretch every part of your body. This isn't your mama's massage. This is serious stuff. Active. Powerful. Need to make this a more regular stop. read more

This is my go to place for an affordable massage. It's a bit unconventional, as massages are held in dark and quiet room which is shared by ~15 other people. Appointments are recommended (they are always busy) and DO NOT BE LATE. read more

I have been to another Reflexology business in Dallas so I knew the process and what to expect. With that being said, this place is excellent. Best bargain you can find in Dallas, I would suggest the combo package which includes a 40 min reflexology and a 20 min massage. Be sure to wear shorts (or pants you can roll up) when you put your feet into the water. You will be in a room with the ten other tables, isolated but not completely private, so dress comfortably. Also, they highly suggest you tip in cash, I made the mistake of using my CC the first time and will be sure to bring cash for my next appointment. read more

Staff are FRIENDLY. The therapy there, They definitely know their job and very EXPERIENCED As for the place, it's a liltle OUTDATED. But for what you pay for, absolutely a BARGAIN! Tip: (If you purchase a large amount of GIFT CERTIFICATE, they will offer like.. Spent $150 and you get $175 worth in GIFT CERTIFICATE which "should be" equal to cash) DO NOT GET THEIR GIFT CERTIFICATE ! I had a 2 hrs session of massage here. And they say I can't use my GIFT CERTIFICATE for it. Which they didn't mention when I purchased a WHOLE LOT of them GIFT CERTIFICATE A liltle disappointed on how they run their business, in my opinion. I mean, who know what esle is hidden? read more

I was a walk in today and I really lucked out. I believe her name was Mundy and she did all the wonderful things. I got a 60 minute combo-pretty sure I know what melted butter feels like! read more

Went for a couples massage they really did their thing! Will most definitely be back soon loved it so much thanks guys

Very good! Best value for service I have come across. I use headphones so you don't hear the chatter or occasional snoring from someone on a near by bed. Come prepared with headphones and you will be extremely happy! read more

For an hour-long $35 foot and body massage, this place hit it out of the ballpark. Make sure you know this is a Chinese pressure point/reflex massage place, so if you're looking for a relaxing Swedish-style massage, this might not be the place for you. The atmosphere is pretty bare-bones, but I found it relaxing and enjoyable. For the price, this place cannot be beat. read more

Amazing!!! This is hands down one of the best massages! My husband and I can both get massages for the price it costs one of us elsewhere. We both feel relaxed and they work wonders on all the stress we both carry in our body! read more

I have really like this place for many years. Until last week. The man to my right was moaning (very loud and sexually) and saying "oh yes oh yes" the entire time. Was soooo disturbing. And then - about 40 minutes in, a baby started crying! The guy to my left said light heartedly "oh that's my baby!" When I got to the lobby there was his baby (very young) and baby mama. What?!?! Ugh!!!!!! read more

This is one of my weekly go to spots. Sometimes it is hit or miss as the the quality of the massage. I keep asking for 1 hour chair massages and keep getting 1 hour full body massages. I think the massages are well worth $35 and the facility is always clean. read more

Warning - this massage is not for the faint of heart! It is more along the lines of deep tissue style. $35 for an hour is amazing though! The front desk guy was kinda rude when we walked in without an appointment, but we were still able to be seen within 15 minutes read more

I LOVE LOVE this place! Been here 3 times since discovery. I only gave 4 stars because I've never had a Asian reflexology massage anywhere other than Vietnam. If I try another reflexology massage place in Dallas and this place is much better I'll come back change this to a 5. This beats Massage envy for price and quality by miles. Try it. Just once. If you don't like it, you are the exception. If 100 people try it 90 are going to love the value/quality over a massage envy experience. Be prepared. Massage with all cloths on. Wear shorts and a t-shirt, some flip flop. In dark room with several tables. Very clean. Be prepared for a fantastic massage, (hint: tell them if you want less or more pressure even if they don't speak perfect English - I read negative review of someone who didn't like the pressure, just tell them), a great price and feeling much better after! read more

I love Sole therapy! They provide excellent massages at an amazing price and always seem to have availability. Can't beat the quality for the price! read more

Have been to Sole Therapy many times. I've taken friends and clients. It's been a treat. Sometimes the masseuse can be hit or miss. Make sure you relate how deep you want or they will give a deep tissue. Keep appts, no long waits. Nice atmosphere. They've worked hard to make it as private as possible. read more

Sole Therapy is just the best. I would love to make it a part of my monthly (or weekly) routine! This is the BEST VALUE in town. $35 for an hour foot massage that will change your life! The only reason I took off a star is because I always make an appointment, but it is completely pointless. So now I just go really early!! read more

I was unfamiliar with Reike or reflexology before attending this session with Andi. I can tell you that I have never been more relaxed in my life. I slept so sound that night. Andi is truly a master at her practice. She is kind and gently and spoke healing words to me after my session. She was spot on about the things that I am struggle with by assessing the balance in my body. Your body responds and is weak in area for a reason. I learned things about myself and balancing my body. I will definitely go again and I would recommend this to anybody. The office was so peaceful and inviting. I would love to recreate this space. It is definitely a healing place. Thank you Andi!!!!!! read more

It was alright. However I wanted a hour long foot massage as my feet are killing me from working long hours on my feet and had crazy pain in my left foot. However they barely touched the feet and worked more on the body. I didn't need that just wanted feet relaxation. Not sure if I will come again. My feet don't feel any better and he didn't use much pressure when working on my feet. Then lastly I really hate when people hover over me to see what kind of tip I'm gonna leave. That I find annoying and feel obligated to pay more then I should especially since I really didn't get what I asked for. I feel I wasted money due to I didn't get what I wanted. read more

Awesome service!! I would definitely recommend! Very peaceful and quiet, got me in same day now I'm spoiled and would love to visit everyday 5 stars . read more

My massage was horrid. I receive a wide price range of massages and adjust my expectations accordingly. I have had some FAB foot massages at $35 an hour spots, but this was just awful. The girl was literally grinding my bones, grabbing, punching, pinching, and twisting my skin. It was horrible. I was so close to walking out of there but I didn't have the energy to make a scene. At times I was being choked out. For a "foot massage" you really only get about 20 min of feet and 40 min of body. I have never been in so much pain from a massage!!! I think she was perhaps thai as she was using all of her weight to "stretch me" however I weigh about 105 lbs so when a person twice my size puts all of their body weight "to stretch my knee" it results in injury. Limping around now... don't make the same mistake TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS!!!!!!! read more

I've been coming to this place for about 7 years and every time I leave, I feel like a snake that just shed its skin . I always have a bunch of knots and they literally pounce on them like a cat and stretch me like a yoga trapeze. They even played Mulan's "I'll make a man out of you" upon request and honestly I'm just ready to take on the week! Send me your Venmo, onlyfans whatever, I'm feeling super generous after this ish read more

I love Sole Therapy! I've gone for years and always had a great experience.

Better back massage than foot massage. Considering that the name Sole Therapy has to do with your feet, they need experienced foot massage therapists. Back felt great, but a no pass on the foot massage. read more
