She advised me on everything from neighborhoods, writing a competitive offer, to even recommending deals that may have not been the best for her bottom line, just to provide a perfect fit for me. If you're concerned your agent may not be acting on achieving your true goals, then Morgan is your go-to!

I couldn't have done it without them. I really loved the marketing they did for my home. They made it look awesome! The Open Houses, the photos, the videos, everything was done very professionally, I've looked at other sellers, and there is no comparison. They kept good contact with me, informing me every step of the way, walking me through things, answering all my questions. They explained everything to me from beginning to closing. They really went above and beyond what any Realtor is required to do to help me out. They also helped me with getting good and reasonable contractors for work that was necessary. I really, really appreciate all they've done. If anyone were to ask me if I know a good Realtor, I can confidently say yes!

Thank you Lynn and partner Kathleen Beaton for a job well done on the sale of our home. Just as importantly, you arranged for and oversaw all of the many projects that needed to be completed during a time of year when my husband and I couldn't do so ourselves. Selling my home is at the top of a short list of things that I dislike intensely because of the expense and high level of stress. You made the nasty job of selling our home as stress-free as it could possibly be. My husband and I entrusted you with this crucially important project and you performed admirably. I readily recommend your services to other sellers and I am sure you are an excellent buyer's agent as well.

My house was…read morein beautiful condition, but I knew it needed a number of small fixes and enhancements to bring it to a better selling condition. Lynn had amazing contacts that were available and did outstanding work. Lynn collaborated on everything and made the house extremely presentable. She also marketed the house incredibly well, and the open houses were great. We received an offer very quickly, but unfortunately, during an inspection, some well-hidden dry rot was discovered. This where Lynn's incredible experience shined even brighter. Lynn was calm and level headed. She listened to my concerns about selling it as is, and she once again had incredibly reliable contractors to speak to. The house went through the appropriate repairs, and once it was complete, Lynn was on top of the marketing once again, and had the house sold in a matter of weeks. Having bought and sold numerous houses, I never thought I could put so much responsibility and trust into a realtor until working with Lynn. Completely professional and extremely personable. I actually never thought I'd be writing a review for an agent, but how could I refuse after such a good experience with such a positive person!

I have been renting with this company for the last 3 years. Ben goes above and beyond to ensure the properties are secure and taken care of. I have rented two different units at two different properties. After buying my first home unexpectedly, (the day after getting preapproved), I gave 30 days notice I would be moving out. We paid the entire early term fee that same day. Upon doing so we were told if a tenant was found that amount of time would be sent back to us in between our move out date and the date the new tenant took possession of the unit. Upon receiving our check we were informed they didn't "have to give us anything back" when we asked about the remaining funds owed to equal the "half back" we were told we would receive at the live final walk through. We received 1/3 of the total, and 30% less than was even brought to our attention in the first place (I am not a property manager so I dont think to ask that). Ensure you keep detailed records when dealing with this company as they try to exhaust their way through the process and have little to no understanding of customer service and thoroughly comprehending what is being stated the first time around. Not to mention when signing our first lease with them our original unit was given away after we had signed for it, paid, and completed paperwork, should've known. Rent from anyone else if you would like to be treated fairly, especially after being a long term, quiet, and on time tenant.

The house was efficiently marketed, listed, and sold. The communication provided by Shelley was great, and she was helpful and patient with any requests or questions we had. I can't say enough great things about Cary!…read more As for my specific situation, I got relocated for work and had to move down to Los Angeles California from Portland Oregon. I had to move quickly so I wasn't able to stay close in Oregon to help out with some of the last minute things to fix around our house prior to leaving. We of course moved and Cary and Cam helped us sort everything out that needed to be done, and they did everything in their power to keep our out of pocket costs down (and I mean EVERYTHING) and it was tremendously smooth. We connected every week and she sends through updates on where things are at, what is working, what is not, and how to best move forward. At the time before the holidays it was slow, but Cary was able to help us get an offer we were comfortable with in the shortest amount of time possible. All in all we are more than delighted to have found Cary and to have worked with her and Cam on this. With the two of them no stone gets un-turned and has a fair process on how she does it. She has tremendous experience in the industry and it truly shows. If you're in need of the best, you've found it with Cary and Cam.
