Who can beat PropM that serves its constituents 24-7?! I have a "beautiful home" (in my opinion) in LO,OR. When a property management company has 24-7 business hours and real persons' taking calls, that's a commitment . The PropM has the Will-Power to serve our community. One time my house roof started growing moss. I was warned by the HOA to clean up. After the best estimates, the PropM hired someone to do the job in a timely manner. The PropM saved my rear by meeting the deadline! Whew. The PropM did it at a reasonable cost and cleared the moss-mess. The leadership coming from the top, the CEO to the answering service people keeps the "human" (not AI) service operation smoothly at PropM. Every single employee is very cordial. I have enjoyed the PropM service over a decade. I recommend the PropM property management companyy with full confidence and trust. One wish that I have is that someday the PropM would publish just half-page long news about changes in the real estate laws including rental laws. In California where I live, there have been a lot of changes. I respect the PropM that has a deep commitment to serve those in need. Furthermore, their communication to keep their customers informed is priceless. Lastly, their quality service in the reasonable time frame is the best. Trust is two-way street. PropM has no regard for tenant rights or Oregon rental law. They left one-third of my unit gutted by flood damage for seven weeks without restoration, then attempted to impose illegal move-out charges. Avoid this company. The water damage: On December 9, 2025, my downstairs flooded. I reported it immediately. A plumber showed up, identified the problem, and left without fixing it because he needed PropM's approval - approval that never came. A restoration company assessed the damage and told me not to remove the standing water until the source was addressed. PropM never followed up. No call. No text. Nothing. By evening, I was on my hands and knees removing the water myself. Kennedy Restoration eventually came back, tore out the wall paneling and baseboards, ran dehumidifiers for a week, and vanished. The space was never restored. For the remaining 7 weeks of my tenancy, one-third of my unit sat gutted and unusable while I paid full rent. The kicker? PropM staff called me multiple times to ask if the work had been completed. It hadn't. They knew it hadn't. They just didn't care. The deposit games: At move-out, they hit me with $1,027.78 in deductions. Among them: $314.35 for a sliding door repair - removed only after I questioned it, with the admission it "shouldn't have been passed to me." A $65 charge for a furnace filter I had replaced myself two months earlier. And $25 for a "lock change" - not only absurd on a unit with keypad entry and no physical lock, but illegal under Oregon law. Landlords cannot charge outgoing tenants for rekeying. I had to dispute charge after charge to recover what they tried to take. If you're a property owner considering PropM, their sloppiness exposes you to liability. If you're a prospective tenant, document everything from day one and prepare to fight for every dollar of your deposit on the way out. read more

This was one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. The home was filthy dirty when we moved in,the back yard was full of a destroyed sprinkler system with hoses and tubing strewn everywhere and exposed electric wires. other hazards like boards with nails sticking up in the yard beds and a deck that was extremely dry rotted that made it feel unsafe, hazardous. Basic maintenance was ignored, and nothing was handled in a timely or professional way. On top of that, there was a neighbor who constantly made things up and didn't want anyone living near them. They repeatedly contacted the HOA with false complaints, creating unnecessary problems. Instead of investigating or communicating fairly, the property manager sent threatening emails based solely on the neighbor's accusations, even though we hadn't done anything wrong. There was no attempt to understand the situation or treat us with respect. Between the unsafe conditions, the lack of maintenance, the hostile neighbor, and the unprofessional management, this was an extremely stressful and unacceptable place to live. So we moved out after 2 months. After move out, They hassled us about turning in the keys, even though we had dropped them off to their person at their office 2 days before another aggressive email. We payed their lease break fee, and haven't heard about our security deposit. Do not rent a property from this property management business. read more

Overall well mannered property management company MINUS their inspection policy. Inspections, which happen every 6 months, do not have an allotted time during the day that they could happen. You could be in the middle of ANYTHING, (showering, sleeping to prepare for night shift, ANYTHING...) and suddenly there's someone standing in your home running an inspection. Absurd. I'm not a huge fan of having strangers around my home and belongings without an agreed time. 2026 EDIT: If you declare a time preference for an inspection, it will be ignored. There's a $125 fee if you choose to reschedule an inspection, BUT if their inspector does not show the day of the inspection, they will not credit you $125 for their cancellation and your wasted time, and as a ripe little cherry on top, they will *personally* scoff at you and chew you out over the phone for wanting to be home during an inspection, because it is so outlandish to want to be home while a stranger walks through your house, with all your belongings inside. If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. Never rent under them. Never. Don't make my mistake. I've never made a Yelp review before. Never even remotely considered it for any other company. We rented 3 homes from PropM and every interaction with them was a disaster! It didn't matter how immaculate you left the home, they still charged you thousands of dollars!! Even the owner of our home had horrible experiences with them and had to get an attorney! They charged us for carpet cleaning, but there was no carpet!! The owner had it removed ed because it was so old and was selling the house. She even told them this being the owner, they didn't care and still charged us I would rent from anyone but PropM they are sooooo unprofessional and rude. read more

Beware. This felt like profiling. As a person of color, it was clear that they didn't want to rent to me. There was a lack of transparency from the beginning. They asked for so many supporting documents to verify income and then said they couldn't accept my income from WA state because I was moving to Oregon. They were unprofessional and kept giving me the run around. This was a very disheartening experience and made the already stressful act of finding housing even harder. I don't post negative reviews lightly, but my recent experience with Prop M Homes raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. This review reflects my personal experience and is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I toured a rental property managed by Prop M Homes on November 19, 2025. On November 24, I called Prop M twice: first to request an application and later to ask a follow-up question. During both conversations, I was told nothing indicating the property was unavailable, pending approval, or off the market. Based on the information provided, I submitted my rental application and paid the application fee at 3:50 PM on November 24. Only 20 minutes later, at around 4:10 PM, Prop M Homes called to tell me the property had actually been approved for another applicant on November 21 (three days before I applied). I was told my application "should not have been accepted" and that my fee could be refunded or transferred to another listing. After reviewing their available properties (which were not comparable or suitable) I called back to request the refund I had been offered minutes earlier. At that point, Prop M reversed its position and stated that the fee was "nonrefundable," despite acknowledging that the application had been accepted in error and that the property had been unavailable the entire time. In my opinion, this sequence of events reflects a lack of disclosure and misleading business practices. Renters rely on accurate, timely information when deciding where to apply and how to spend their money. Withholding the fact that the property was already taken, encouraging me to apply anyway, and then refusing to refund the fee after admitting their mistake is deeply concerning. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend verifying the actual availability of any property with Prop M in writing BEFORE submitting an application or paying any fees. read more

This is a terrible company. I was told by other owners in my complex how bad they managed the property they were in charge of in the community. Here is what I was told by a owner at my complex where the rental was   We have had a nightmare for the last two years with one of our units. The last two tenants had to be evicted.  The last tenant there was horrible.  They covered the windows with cardboard and aluminum foil, for a while we thought they were running a meth lab. Police were called numerous times because of after hours activity, and they didn't pay rent for many months.  It took the property management firm 6 months to get them out!  The name of the property management firm is PropM.   While this PM was very responsive it is concerning that they rented to two tenants in a row that were a problem. Just thought I would share since you are looking for a PM firm.   I decided to cancel before they started any management services and I told the of the horrid things I had heard about their company from neighbors of mine in the same community and they are trying to keep my deposit now even though they had not even started managing my property. read more

Delayed review as I felt totally unsafe reviewing while we still lived under PropM. WORST rental company I've ever encountered. Every step of the way impossibly mean people, negligence and dishonest behavior. They left the listing for our place up for almost 200 days after we moved in, I personally think this was to scam people out of application fees. Constant people driving by trying to figure out if it was still available, probably upset about their lost fees. They did not clean or inspect before we moved in, we had smoke detectors expired since 2005!!! Horribly invasive and unusual FILMED 6 month inspections, no warning whatsoever and a REFUSAL to give us a time window. THEY WANTED TO VIDEO TAPE OUR HOME WITH US NOT THERE? Illegal, invasive, bizarre. Last I checked their website had a whole page of mean spirited fan fiction making fun of home owners and tenants. Disrespectful cruel business practices through and through. They have a string of different young people working there that are the only people you can ever get on the phone. I had been promised by a staff member after she YELLED AT ME, that she was sorry and would help us personally if we needed it. No employee would ever actually agree to connect me to anyone higher up regardless of the problem. read more

PropM has been the worst property management company I've dealt with in Portland, OR. The owner of the property I rent from signed up with them, and it's been nothing but a nightmare since. They completely ignore maintenance requests, and when they do acknowledge them, they send out the most unprofessional notices. These notices state that if they don't deem the issue legitimate, they will charge the tenant for the full service, which is ridiculous. The units in my complex all have faulty electric heaters, and every winter, I deal with something going wrong. Most recently, I turned on the heater while showering, and it wouldn't shut off--this has happened multiple times before. This time, it had already been 24 hours and the heater was still running. I opened a maintenance request but heard nothing back. When I called, they assured me they were on top of it and would send someone out ASAP. It's now been over a week, and still nothing. Now, I have to keep the breaker switch for my bathroom turned off because they still haven't come out to fix the issue. To make things worse, the breaker switch is located outside, adding yet another layer of inconvenience. This whole situation has been beyond frustrating. read more

PropM managed my property for one tenancy, during which: -They did not implement the maintenance contract I approved, so the yard went feral, damaging the home, damaging the rain garden, blocking the street with leaf litter & angering the neighbors. Also advertising to anyone passing by that this was probably a great place to camp in the backyard. -Their move out inspection said everything was fine, but they charged me thousands in turnover costs anyway, paid to the company they pretend is an independent entity but is actually theirs. The management company with which I replaced them did an actual inspection & found the leaking roof, resulting mold in the master bedroom, and the slipping corner column that threatened the stability of the entire house. I'm considering suing for negligence. -They were outright dishonest about their advertising & tenant screening process. When I had someone apply as a tenant, they got a boilerplate text telling them to follow up, not even mentioning my property, leaving it up to the prospect to pursue. No wonder it was empty for months despite perfect location & entirely reasonable rent. PropM didn't even pick up the phone to call. The long list of prospects on their weekly report are apparently for their entire portfolio, your house is unimportant to them. -I found only one person who actually gets things done at the company. Unfortunately, that's usually apologizing for everyone else's incompetence. -More small stuff like charging you a fee to pay the bills, which should be autopay and what are you even paying them for? -They blew sunshine at me, but when I went by the house I found that instead of the beautiful place it was when they took over, it was now clearly the most dilapidated home on the block. As a landlord I've worked with 4-5 property management companies, and PropM is certainly at the bottom, by far. They are extremely reactive and will take money from you whenever they can. To give you one example, I took back my property from them recently and it was time for PropM to send me the security deposit. (Yes I fired them!) The tenant had done quite some damage to the house and stopped paying rent so PropM agreed that 100% of the security deposit would come to me to compensate for that. As a result, PropM didn't send me the whole amount and I was asking why. It took them A MONTH to get back to me, and their reasoning is that the deposit is used to cover the unpaid rent, and since it's rent, they are entitled to charge management fees. I can't make this shit up, people. I have all the emails. And I didn't even have the time or energy to go into the details of how their mistakes caused a squatter to live in my house and made me lost $10K+. I'm too tired for that. This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They are aggressive towards negative reviews, and it is very hard to get help when you need it. I had a nightmare getting off my lease, I had to break it because of a restraining order situation and not only did they send me completely illegal, invasive paperwork asking me for the details of the situation (I can't repeat enough how illegal this is), they also sent myself and my cosigner to collections for nearly $7000 over an apartment that always had rent paid while I was there and wasn't even legally mine by the time the lease ended several months later. I have no emails or calls from them asking for this payment or explaining the charges, they just sent it to collections. They claim that they will be fixing it on their end but I still have to wait for the collections to go away so I can start petitioning the credit bureau since this dropped my credit score 77 points. I was about to buy a car on payments and now I have to wait because my interest rates are completely different. My credit score was about as perfect as it gets for someone under 30 before this fiasco. If you have an option to go with someone else, I would. Just reading the way they respond to their negative google reviews made me realize they're just greedy bullies. Don't involve yourself with these people as they can seriously impact your life in a negative way and won't take any shame in doing so. read more

I am shocked that this management company is pulling the same scams over and over. I have read on this site how many people getting taken advantage of by these unscrupulous workers. Do they get commission on how many people they can get to fall for these scams. I was skeptical about renting from them. They said the property couldn't be viewed in person until the current renter was out. Long story short. We signed a lease, and they ignored our requests to view property after the tenant has moved out. Move in day, the house had not been cleaned, even though they said it had been. Tell tail the kitchen hasn't been cleaned when you find junk in the drawers and brown finger prints on the cupboards. The house was, and still is in need of repairs. When we make a maintenance request somehow it gets lost, or we are told when they will come, and no one shows up. The lists is just too long to keep going. Whatever you do while looking for a rental company, stay as far away from PropM . I am saying this to owners as well as renters. Very, very unprofessional. A 1 star is being generous! read more

As a renter, having to deal with this unprofessional company, my life has become a living hell. They took over managing the house we rent on February 1st of this year. We received a letter in the mail, February 16th informing us of the change. The letter was written so poorly, that I thought it was a scam and tossed it. They NEVER respond, it took me TWO MONTHS to get a response regarding a letter that was sent to us in the mail. Maintenance requests get cancelled by them. They asked if their people could come do a "walk through" of our house to make sure everything was up to par and working, and the guy only cared about smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms. Did not address ANY of the issues at hand. Less than two weeks after he came, we got a notice of eviction stating our snake was against our lease and we could either get rid of it or get out by the end of the month. I had to email them to show them my original lease where the snake was included and then they NEVER responded. Not once. So basically, he was sent to spy on everyone not fix a damn thing? That's weird and probably illegal. They promised us new leases by June 15th... here it is Labor Day and still nothing. And no response when I call or email to ask about it. This is hands down THE WORST BUSINESS I have ever experienced in all my years. TERRIBLE. read more

Thus far they have been very disapointing to work with. The team showed little initiative getting my property listed, taking almost an extra month and requireing lots of prodding and micromanagement. The property has now been listed for almost two weeks and I have been asked to lower the rate to below their projected market rate twice. Given their pricing model, this takes a few dollars from their pocket and hunderds from mine all to make their job a bit easier. Finally their communications have been boilerplate and borderline condescending. I don't expect any of this to be improved now that they have been aquired by Poplar Homes. Update: As you can see from the response timeline below they had to be contacted and managed virtually every step of the way. They didn't get the keys because they never asked for them until I reached out. Despite being told the property was ready 8/15, inspection was not scheduled until I reached out. Photos were not scheduled until I reached out. Finally, I spoke to Lester on the phone and approved the ad verbally but they needed it writing and did not communicate that. Another week lost. So as you can see from the response, zero accountability and it's up to you to manage they abysmal communications and time management. We have since terminated our contract. read more

SCAM BEWARE!!!!! This company does rent homes, but everything about the process was basically a scam. The actual property we viewed was nowhere close to the condition of the pictures we were shown. No cleaning was done, no maintenance had clearly been done in a long time, and you can tell even the paint was over 10 years old. Grout was falling out of all the tile, a bunch of mold in as left in the shower, and the backyard was overgrown with weeds, and fallen trees still covered the property leaving behind huge holes in the front yard. They didn't put any effort into making the house presentable, even after cancelling and rescheduling our viewing appointment at the last minute so they could clean up." The listing agent ignored all of our questions while also encouraging us to apply before being able to see the property in person. Only after we submitted our applications with the NON REFUNDABLE $130 deposit did they tell us that there were 3 other people in line ahead of us, so we didn't even have the actual chance to rent the property. This company clearly wants to collect as many non refundable application fees as possible, and they won't put any actual money or effort into maintaining the properties that they are paid to manage. I would avoid using Prop M Homes at all costs. read more

The property I rented from was a moldy leaking mess they showed no interest in, but they were sure to charge me full price for every repair on what is most likely a condemnable home. Every paper you sign is designed to absolve them of any responsibility, and they don't even take the time to gaslight you by responding to emails. Thanks to Zillow you can see previous property rental monthly prices and this company is blatantly price gouging. Upwards of 35-45% rental increases in less than a decade. So much to say and I see that they reply to all negative comments with not a lot of accountability. We rented a property from April 2022 to September 2022. When we arrived to the home the cleaning standards are of course subjective when someone completes a "Move In Report". I am not saying the place was filthy by any means. It smelled strongly of cleaner and a plug in air freshener so the windows had to be open a few days to air out. There were streaks left by the chemicals used to clean, the toilet seats were stained and the freezer had some food stuck in cracks. I noted the items and moved on. Cleaner probably had a bad day or whatever, I would want to know as an employer. A week later I received a video of the property from prior to our move in. No explanation why I was receiving the video. Possibly due to my comments? The video is not the highest quality and there is a lot of movement so weird but ok and again, moving on. Being a renter we all obviously take our own videos. Maintenance requests are always an issue for tenants and for landlords. 2 Days in and there are ants everywhere. Upon speaking to neighbors seems to be common for area so I called to see if they had a pest service. I find this a reasonable question as a new tenant especially when common for the area, but I was told no and to just buy some Terro. Gotcha, will do. Then, We had a water leak under the kitchen sink. I called again and was told to submit a maintenance request on the website which I did on 7/2/22. Basically the pipes under the sink were just pushed together with nothing holding it together. No threaded pieces or gaskets so If you drained the sink after washing dishes the pressure would push the pipes apart and water would be everywhere. After a week of no response or communication I had to call and follow up. Took a few more days before a plumber was sent out. We were told that the problem was that we had a trash can under the sink and it bumped the pipe. He said nothing can be under the sink. 7/21 I still have a Leak and sent a video showing that the pipe was simply not connected properly as in missing parts. Then on 7/27 I get a text that someone can stop by 7/28. I requested a new plumber and it was fixed correctly. II am sure any homeowner who hires a management company would want a water leak investigated yesterday. 7/2 to 7/28 is ridiculous. My last issue is that we moved out 9/30. It is now 11/14 and we have not received our security deposit refund. We did receive an itemization of what was deducted ! photos are on my google review. No evidence was provided of said deductions which should really be a law somewhere. Best part is this letter also said that a Payment Request *WILL* be sent to BofA. That we will receive this check directly from bill pay @ BofA, via First Class Mail. Does not say when we may expect this check? Technically the Lease states they only need to provide an itemization apparently so the check can be sent whenever. We have rented 4 different properties prior to this and always received every penny of our security deposits back. We take off our shoes at the door and while we have a dog this is BS. Was the previous tenant charged for these because 3 of those puppies went off and we put in new batteries. Where is Saul Goodman when you need him to research this money grab? We followed the instructions given as they stated they will hire professional cleaners regardless of how well we clean. We also paid a lease break fee of 1.5x rent. I rented from this company for 2 years. Paid rent on time 100% of time. Fridge broke 5 months in and it took 2 months to repair. I received no reimbursement for the inconvenience. I will say Devon Abbott did respond quickly to me when requesting updates. When I gave notice to move out, I was sent a letter stating NOT to patch or paint nail holes. I was then charged $900 for them to patch and paint. Remind you this place was brand new when I moved in and I only lived in it 50% of the time. It did not need to be fully repainted. When asked for proof of receipt for this work and explanation for the charge based on letter received, it took over 30 days and still no resolution to my concerns of being charged for something I was told specifically not to do from David Cota or Michael Sams. Prop M managed my rental home for about five years. I decided to go with this company because they assured me they had the best customer service in the industry. I rented out my townhome for about ten years and had no issues. I wanted a property management company that would assist me and my tenants and be knowledgeable of tenant-landlord laws. I found out the only thing Prop M did was process the rent and take their share. That's it. They were very slow with listing my home to rent. They moved forward with repairs and billed me without my approval. They did not inform me when my tenants gave their 30 day notice to vacate. Prop M communicated to me in emails alluding to previous conversations that did not happen. When I called Prop M to try to find answers to my questions I was told the person I need to speak with was not in the office. I was told by Prop M I was upset because I did not like what I was hearing. I asked to speak to the owner or president of the company but was denied. I was told they are compliant. It seems very simple customer service to inform a homeowner that your tenants gave 30 day notice. When you look at their website they tall about their customer service and amazing technology. Their terrible customer service and lacking technology cost me money I do not have. I would have been better off renting my house on my own without Prop M. read more

We moved out in November our lease was up In December. We received our security deposit in January. Since then we have received four different security deposit accounting notices all with different amounts to pay...the math doesn't add up...clearly the need a new accountant. very frustrating. It was also originally listed that we had AC when we moved in there was not AC. The response was we should have double checked. Not sure how we would have done that as we were coming from another state. Would definitely think twice before using them. I was very disappointed in this property management company and I feel they made my renting experience so much more difficult than it should have been. It took them over a month to complete requested repairs and preparations to get my property ready for renting and three months to get a tenant into the property. The pricing was recommended by the company which ended up being too high and I had to request multiple times to lower the price in order to get the property rented. Most of the communication with them had to be initiated by me or I would not have been informed of any progress with my property, unless they wanted money from me. Requested repairs during occupancy were not completed until I followed up a month later to remind them. My tenants moved out a month early due to my request to place my house on the market to sell and the company failed to notify me of this early move out which resulted in my house being vacant for over two weeks until I CALLED TO CHECK IN ON PROGRESS OF MOVE OUT. This delay caused the natural gas to be turned off which will now require me to drive 4 hours round trip to my house AGAIN to get things addressed. I will not be recommending this property management company to anyone and have asked my realtor to do the same. My realtor, who has been in working in the field for over 20 years and has been a witness to my experiences, is completely appalled by this company's negligence. Please save yourself the money, headache and high blood pressure and go with a different company. read more

Recently there was a utility chargeback change with the tenants and the solution proposed left about ~$900 or 1.5% of total utilities expense left on the table and unrecoverable. I find this an unacceptable solution. I was on an email with T, a Property Manager at PropM, discussing this change. I have recommended a change that would help us, the owners, recover 100% of utility expenses, however, she has been AWOL since my suggestion was made despite multiple attempts to get answer. As a property management company, your fiduciary goal is to net your clients the most amount of net profit as possible and I find the lack of agency responsibility to be disturbing and dodgy at best. Professionally, if a client suggests a solution, whether it is right or wrong, it should at least be addressed, especially if I'm losing money when I don't need to be. This company is a joke. Because they added grass on the curbside after contracting with ( no where to be seen) HOA, we're now in charge of mowing a 6' length of grass. Half belongs to another property mng. So, that's 3 ft they won't cut. Never was it mentioned to us. We pay over $2,000.00 in rent + we paid over $2,000.00 in security. There is nothing to keep up in front except curbside. We keep up the back. This place has been trouble ever since we moved in here. They said they contacted the owner and they said no way are they going to take care of it. I'd say as of now, don't deal with any of them. These people withheld info from us upon showing us the place and in their ad. Every time I call PropM, they sound arrogant, sarcastic and have a, you're out of luck, attitude. I seriously doubt we will see any security fee back from them. Let alone I don't feel I can call there for any maintenance. I received a email back from them today about the issue and it sounded like just fake arrogant garbage!! This is one sick joke! They schedule home assessments whenever they want to so be prepared for that. They claim to schedule it but the inspectors just shows up whenever and have keys. They also charge you $75.00 if you have to reschedule but that doesn't go both ways. Our inspector showed up a hour and half late and could not care less. read more

As if the wildly catty, confidentiality-breaching, unprofessional responses from "David C" to many of the 1-star reviews isn't enough to tell you about this company, let me add to the bevy of 1-star reviews. My husband and I have a 4-month old baby and are looking to upgrade to a new rental. We found a great place today that is being handled by Prop. We are aware that rental competition is steep and application fees can get expensive, so I made sure to ask the rep showing us the property if there were any other applications. She confidently assured us we were the first! We rushed home to submit our lengthy application online and paid the $65. Imagine my surprise when my husband clicks on his application and the property is "no longer available." I called Prop M to try and figure out what was going on, and spoke with a very nice guy. He looked up the property and let me know there was an application submitted last night and the security deposit had just gone through. I told him how confused I was by this, since the rep had assured us we were the first. He was very nice and said that although they technically don't refund application fees, I should email the company and explain the situation. A bit later I got a text from Debbie saying that the people who had seen the property before us got to it first. I responded by letting her know that the rep told us we were the first. Her story changed many times, and it was finally sorted out that the application was submitted online last night before the renters had seen the place. Now, I'm not sure what kind of home owners would be okay with renting out a place to people no one has met, but that's not really the point here. The miscommunication breakdown on their end should have ended with "We're so sorry for the miscommunication! Of course we will refund you!" Instead, it resulted in a back and forth text strand about how application fees are non-refundable, but can be used on another one of their properties. As my application was submitted RIGHT before the other renters were approved, there were no costs, time, or resources spent on Prop M's part to process my application. We are a young family with a new baby, it's COVID hell, and it was their bad communication. How unfair, unprofessional, and just plain rude it is to not be courteous enough to refund my fee.
