Once they confirmed the arrival, we came to this location since it needed calibration and was greeted by Tricia, who was really friendly, helpful and professional. She knew my parents from setting up the appointment, and was super helpful when I came to drop the vehicle off. Said she would call when it was completed, and sure enough the estimated time was on the dot. Michael was the technician that replaced the windshield and he did a great job too. I wondered if the Peach Pass and I-pass from IL would be transferred, and it was handled as if I put new ones on! Michael was also very kind to my parents, and that always gives me a comforting feeling since they're elderly. I was very happy with everything. We were touch late with traffic when picking up the car. Ian (the manager) and Tricia were both still there, waiting for us. Didn't give any grief, was so pleasant to deal with this entire situation. They direct billed our auto insurance so we paid our comp deductible and we were on our way. Nobody is ever in a good mood when you have a crack, chip, or need a replacement windshield. After a friend recommended the shop, I made an appointment and drove two hours to tint my car…read morewindows. Scheduling was painless and I was offered plenty of time slots to choose from. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and personable staff. The waiting room was intimate yet comfortable and even afforded drinks for their clients. We discussed my options and prices while they demonstrated the effects of the various forms of tint. Having made my decision, they gave me an expected time frame and so I left the car with them to go have lunch with my buddy. When I returned, the car was done and boy did they knock it out of the park! The tint fit was perfect, even on the difficult to reach rear glass with defroster. They warned me that the rear might produce some bubbles but that those would dissipate after the glue fully cured. This never happened! My windows remained as delivered, perfect and without bubbles or air pockets of any kind! When they saw that I had a service animal, they did advise that their install warranty would not cover dog scratches and then offered me a bottle of cleaner to use when she slobbered on a window. After getting inside the car, I noted that they had placed stickers over the window switches, a good deterrent in the event that I forgot about not dropping any windows for the first 24-48 hours. I also saw that there wasn't a spot of application spray anywhere in the interior, not even my very deep dash. It has been 5 months now since the install. I am very glad I went with the IR Ceramic. Its a bit more pricey but well worth the money considering the intense southern sunlight we deal with. Everything looks as perfect as the day it was installed. I could not have been more pleased with the results and service. If you are on the fence, take a drive out there and have a chat with one of their employees. They will be honest with you and do their best to provide you a solution that suits your needs.

Buzzing down Ga 20 westbound, listening to the radio, enjoying my wife's company, digging the day,…read morewhen "WHACK!" a stone hit our windshield and left a shiny star the size of a quarter in the glass. ????#@*!! Great! Talked to several shops on the phone. All of them wanted to come to my home to fix it, but I'd just as soon have it done at THEIR place- old man suspicions, I guess. Then, in the parking lot of the Walmart on Market Place Boulevard in Cumming, I saw Scott and his repair truck sitting under a big sign: "Windshield Chips Fixed For Free!" As I pulled up, suspicious of a scam, I read further "Your Insurer Will Pay For The Repair!". So, I stopped to listen to his schpiel. Basically, he educated me that, if a person has full coverage, their insurer prefers to repair auto glass before it has to be replaced, so they will cover it, up to 4 times a year, at 100%, no deductible. We called my insurer and the adjuster confirmed what Scott said. NO other shop had told me this. My insurer issued a payment voucher, Scott took 20 minutes to fix the boo boo so that I couldn't see where it used to be, and I was off, happy to have clear glass once again. Great job, Scott! I hope I don't have to come back, but I will if I have to.
