I placed my order and you can see them preparing the shaved ice. I ordered the mango and cream shave ice in a medium cup. The shaved ice hit the spot after my long run and the flavors with mango puree and cream were so sweet and fresh. I can't wait to try some of the other flavors!!

The ice is super smooth and fluffy and they give you plenty of syrup. The serving size is generous with ice over the top of the cup. There was a small up charge for the cream topping. Service was quick and friendly, and the whole place has that bright, beachy vibe that instantly puts you in a good mood. First, there is a SWARM (not exaggerating) of bees around the trailer. The bees were pretty aggressive and followed us all the way to the other side of the parking lot. Not as bad as Bahama Bucks, but not as fast as most local stands. Third, the ice isn't quite the quality of shaved ice I'm used to. The texture was really mixed. The top of the cone was nice and soft, but there were some hard ice chunks and pellets once you got to the bottom. Finally, they put way way WAY too much flavoring in there. See my attached photo.
