I left my granddaughter to grab the smoothie while I went to cool off the car. She came out with it in a flimsy plastic cup instead -- apparently they don't carry lids for the small cups. I went back in and asked for a fresh small smoothie to be made and placed in a large styrofoam cup. The woman agreed, then just dropped the smoothie into the cup with no care, nothing. The staff clearly weren't trained to handle a simple request, and the manager's attitude made a basic ask feel like a confrontation. Won't be returning.
