Whether it be snow cones, ice creams, lemonades, or whatever...they make it to order and make sure you're happy. I ordered several snow cones prior to a show at the park's amphitheater. I noticed as the team members followed up with each customer to make sure they were happy with their purchases. You will walk away pleased. My kids loves the snowballs and the toppings. They had the rootbeer, cotton candy, and I had banana. The banana was sooooooo good. Definitely come and make this an after school treat for your kids. Called this food trailer on a random rainy and cold Friday night to ask about any warm coffees or hot chocolates they serve and the owner could not have been nicer! He offered to make me a custom coffee. Went down to the trailer and the entire family was working and preparing my order (mini donuts and custom flavored coffee)! They were so incredibly nice and the coffee (cinnamon, dulce de leche-inspired) was SO good! Garnished with delicious whip cream and other cream with a hint of pumpkin spice on top! Owner was creative and kind. He made a delicious coffee but was fast, efficient and even generous enough to not charge extra for coffee flavors! I came with family and we enjoyed ourselves. The owner was there and ready to offer help with selections. He was actually out chatting with customers and cleaning. The ice wasn't as soft as when others came here, but the flavors were nice. At the owner's recommendation, I added strawberries and whip cream on top of my Pink Cotton Candy Snowcone. It was very tasty. The area around the business is kept clean and the owner was very nice. I think that the snow ice softness just needs some consistency. That's a four. I also like the that the employees and manager interact with the kids by giving snowballs from shaved ice to throw or eat. They are very friendly and respectful. I'm very disappointed in these snowballs. Everytime I have gotten one, it's very dry. In fact almost 1/4 of the snowball has NO syrup on it. Everytime I tell them about the problem, I ask for extra syrup however the problem still exists . Ive offered to pay extra and I still cant get a wet snowball.
