I reached out to each via their online chat/text feature as this was the easiest way for me to document my research with replies in writing. I found this method to be most helpful in avoiding any misunderstandings. Burbank Auto Detail staff member Mark was highly attentive and transparently provided all information necessary for me to make an informed decision on which service provider I would opt to work with. The cost for services rendered was competitive and when the warranty duration for it was explained, it became a no-brainer. He made it easy to schedule my vehicle's visit to the facility. On arrival, the experience was smooth. The requested service for my vehicle was performed with pure excellence. In following up post-visit, Mark even sent photos of the work as it was performed on my vehicle. Team Burbank Auto Detail is professional in every sense of the word. They are experts in their arena and I highly recommend use of their services.

Ali Window Tinting is just v slightly tricky to locate but once you're in they will show you all the different % of tint darkness they offer along with suggestions if you're uncertain. I opted for darkest on my back windshield, 20% on my front / back windows, and a clear UV protection tint on my front, I also opted for the ceramic coating which includes some heat reduction from the exterior! Ali requires a $20 zelle payment to hold your appt spot (no trouble w/ this) and I was able to book an appointment the very next day!! You can't roll down your windows for about 4 days after and you WILL have some bubbling immediately after which I was very scared to see but I waited the 4 days and it was like a magic trick; viola! the bubbling was gone! The experience was very quick and polite, I'd definitely recommend!

I went in on a Sunday with a very rare and expensive classic car, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He removed the old tint from the car, and since we didn't know how to operate the car I had purchased for my daughter, he actually took the time to go on YouTube and figure out exactly what we needed to do to put the convertible top back up. People like this are rare to find. When someone is willing to go the extra mile and extend a helping hand beyond the service you're paying for, it really says a lot about them. If you're in the area and need tint removed, new tint installed, or anything related to window tint, I would highly recommend this place. Great service, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Five stars all the way!

I rarely write Yelp reviews, but I genuinely felt this shop deserved one. From the moment I called,…read moretheir customer service was outstanding. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, which I really appreciated, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The tint job itself came out amazing, clean, high-quality work with great attention to detail. What really stood out to me, though, was how much they cared about making sure I was happy with everything. They even took the time to do a full inspection with me afterward to make sure everything looked perfect. Super fast service, great communication, and they truly went above and beyond. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows tinted.

I came in to replace the old tint on just ONE window. It took 3 hours, for a job that should take…read moreabout an hour. When they finished, I noticed a bunch of scratches on the glass that weren't there before, going in all directions and really sharp. There were also lots of bubbles, but they told me those would go away soon. It was also way darker than what was on there before, and they said it would lighten up a little after it set. I went back because it was clearly darker than the original and the bubbles never went away. It was dirt trapped under the tint. They told me not to expect perfection, that some dirt in tint is normal, and that my car is hard to work on so the install wasn't great. They redid it, which took another 2 hours, and then admitted the installer used the darkest tint they have instead of matching what was there before. They also tried to say the scratches were already there and only showed up because the tint was darker now. That's not true. Their installers are clearly not good at this. And the second time was STILL full of bubbles and dirt. That's the kind of work I'd expect from a guy in his home garage, not a real business. Once again I was told it's normal and won't be perfect. It's super unprofessional to damage the glass like this. It looks like they just cut the old tint off and scratched the window instead of using steam to remove it the right way. And no tint job should have this many bubbles and dirt in it. They had an excuse for everything, and I'm left with damaged glass that they won't admit to damaging, plus a tint job I could probably do better myself. I wasted hours of my time and got damaged glass, and the shop never once admitted fault. The audacity to try and say it's to be expected and is installed how it should be is crazy. I wouldn't bring a car here under any circumstances. Honestly I'm surprised they're still in business. Maybe people just don't know, but a few other reviews here describe the same kind of experience. Photos included.

Many would rate me as a "Karen" if I'm quite honest... but Maor at Simon's was absolutely great from start to finish. Even when I got stressed out, he was calm and communicated well. He won't put bad gear in your car, so be prepared to spend some money, but he won't upsell you on stuff you don't need either and you get accurate, detailed prices on every component and aspect of installation. The overall installation price was maybe a bit over average, but I feel like I got an amazing deal for the amount of time and effort he put into every detail. So worth it. The service, care, quality of the install and the sound is night and day compared to what I got from my previous installer. It's not even in the same league. He spent a lot of time getting the gear right for my preferences and my EV's limitations before we even started. He gave me full breakdowns of different levels of sound insulation/deadening to choose from. He communicated in detail with pictures for updates and questions while he was doing the install. He worked with me on the tune and gave me multiple tunings to choose from, as well as other ways to help dial in the sound I wanted for my very diverse taste in music. There were no surprises and no problems when I picked it up and paid. Just pure joy listening to my new system. The system sounds great at all volumes with all music. I'm not an audiophile (and neither are 99% of the other people who claim to be)... but I do have a good ear, and I love me some clear, deep, bone shaking bass that doesn't overpower the reset of the music. I've had it for almost 2 months now and it brings me nothing but pure joy. That joy is worth every penny I spent. Not a feeling that's easy to get these days.

So much glue used it was oozing inside on the pillar; furthermore, they left bits of the old glue in my AC vents. For over 3 months the chemical smell was(and still is) terrible to the point I would use my other car, and still it ruined the interior leather smell of my car. The careless installer scratched my dash board, which was very disappointing. They tried to make good but ultimately made it worse when the owner hired an unqualified person to fix it; who spray painted my dash and made the problem larger and more noticeable. Poor quality windshield too, with a big generic rubber surround that doesn't fit like oem, and the corners don't seal against the body. Definitely not 5star service.
